I am dealing with a Libra Sun conjuct Pluto with Pluto falling in my 11th. Honestly the only thing I somewhat disagree with is the gender reassignment surgery being associated with Pluto in the 11th. Reason being is because, yes Pluto represents transformation, but let us not forget Pluto rules the underworld, which in archetypal terms the underworld is our unconscious minds, or even some shadow work deep within the human heart or soul. So my point being although gender may be a choice to transform the body to reflect how people feel within themselves, surgery itself is an outer procedure.
