Why not just thread the inflated orange after doing the feet up and the end bobble for the beak, so inflate an orange just enough to do the feet and the beak. Twist the feet, attach, push remaining air into beak bubble, thread uninflated part through the body and place the beak. Saves a lot of hassle, makes it stronger and less work for you.
