Easiest way to put balloons in the ceiling - without helium

The easiest way to put balloons in the ceiling without worrying of damaging the paint.
This balloons lasted more than 3 days before I removed it. No marks on the ceiling from the tape.

I used the white double sided tape from Walmart and believe it did the job VERY WELL...to the point the tape was left on the ceiling and balloons popped when trying to get them off so...just wanted to throw that out there. Very simple and great way to decor but I would just prepare on of those sprays that remove tapes and stuff
