There's a nemesis relationship that I'd love to see coded in, that people always forget exists - Mordekaiser and Yuumi. That's right, their stories interact. Mordekaiser is hunting Yuumi, to get her magical tome so that he can use it to help conquer Runeterra. Yuumi has become aware of this, and she actively keeps the book from him as she searches for her lost master. So if you didn't know, now you know! And I love it the most because Mordekaiser's ultimate is how you force a Yuumi to detach from her anchor. He's her best counter-pick during draft, in game. He can in fact hunt Yuumi, during games, in a way that other champions cannot.

For the viktor ult: I think it was already implemented in the clip in the video. You see the second Lightning strike from the ult deal dmg twice accounting for the bonus lightning
WW Vi quest is implemented, don't know the trigger, but iirc the requirement is to Ace the enemy team. warwick's victory gets the team a modified Vi W, and vice versa for Vi's team and Warwick W.
I like how Jinx and Heimer become so strong with their quests, while Cait doesnt really change and singed seems like last minute idea. I cant wait to get my Hat! This will make me a 1v9 machine!
Have you tried using lots of marks for the vi/ww quest? Since they are both melee and have lunges it would make dense for their quests to be correlated to that imo.
