    In this video, it introduces how to use the Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 Axis control panel (Commissioning Panel) to online test the Axis. The Axis control panel is a convenient tool to initially test the Axis before using the motion control program.

    Thank you for making these videos. As I am starting a new job next week exclusively with Beckhoff controls, I will be sitting in my hotel after work watching your motion control series of videos as they're released to help broaden my Bekchoff skillset. I have watched all of your other series with Beckhoff, and they have been VERY helpful. Thanks again!

    Thank you for your dedication to every video you make. I was wondering if you know how to read the actual torque value of a servomotor and use this value in a PLC program. Basically, I have to turn on a flag if the torque overpass a limit value. I am using the AX5203 -0000-0200 driver

      I/O Devices -> Drive (AX5203) -> Configuration -> Channel A -> Parameter -> Process Data/Operation Mode -> AT or MDT (Select AT) -> Find the S-0-0084: Torque Feedback value. Are you controlling a converting machine? If yes, probably you can also drag S-0-0082 and S-0-0083 Torque Limit value.(MDT)

    Hi, I have a problem.
    when trying to move a simulated axis I get this error:
    'TCNC' (500): 'X' (Axis-ID: 1, Grp-ID: 1): Axis/Group or coupled slave axis has none enabled controller and, therefore, does not take an instruction (error-code: 0x4260) !
    couldn't find anything online. could you help?

      never mind. it was the "enabling" panel.

      Have you powered ON your axis by using MC_Power? Also check the MC_Power output ErrorID
