We just closed on a 5/3/2 brand new LGI home for our buyers. She paid $1,000 down payment and all closing costs were covered by the builder. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. $315,000! @@mariaarquero8668 I was working with the buyer locally and so it was a private showing. They have more coming soon, but currently the rest are under construction. This was the only one I could get inside to show. But if you are interested in purchasing I can get you details and you can get the floor plans that are under construction along with their completion dates

@@simonebenjamin8266 My buyer was not a veteran. She had the option of paying more of a down payment or not as these homes are available for USDA financing. They have plenty of smaller houses! I have been inside the 3/2/2 and it is lovely. Send me an email if you want me to send you the floor plans that are currently being built. - Andrea

Thanks for the awesome home tour! When you say they don't deviate, even when it comes to the home tours, what does that mean specifically?
The builder rep had a script that she followed that went over every aspect of the home and neighborhood. So it was a lengthy process to view several homes. But they were very thorough.
Just watched your other video on a block house . This house must be 2x4s because the window ledges looked thin to what a block would be
Very Cute little house. Why so many problems with people putting down-payment down, being approved& then the builder backing out just befire move in date and repairs or paint not even being finished upon inspection?
Always get a second inspection for this homes they have problems right out the gate.
I definitely recommend getting a home inspection even on new home construction. Are there any specific issues you have with your house?

I'm curious where this style home is being built? Is this Florida? Is it in a gated community that allows STR's? I've seen other LGI Plans, that were 3-4 BR and they were in the low to mid $400's in the Reunion Village Resorts. This house you're showing is 5BR/3BA for only $315,000???
This and all the videos on this channel relate to Central Florida. Our main office is located in Ocala, FL with a second office in Dunnellon FL which is on the border of Citrus/Marion County. So most of our videos relate to Marion and Citrus County as that is where we live, work and play! Thanks for watchin!
