What a beautiful family!! They all did such a good job. Alexis, you are teaching them the right way. The children may not end up in real estate for a career, but they will know the work it takes to put food on the table. Hopefully, YOU will buy this house (change the master shower...your hubby is right, it should be without a frame) But imagine 10 -15 years from now. Each of your kids has a spouse (that's now 12 kids) then they start having kids of their own...(that's now 12 kids and a minimum of 48 grandbabies). And they would ALL FIT in this kitchen!! Imagine the stockings on the fireplace mantel at Christmas time. Alexis, you are a blessed woman!! I know there are days it may not feel like it, but there is no greater wealth than a loving family. Alexis I love love loveeee this queen. Beautiful, smart, family. And the fact you brought the kids omg!! As a mother of 6 myself I adored that ❤❤❤❤. This one is so spacious. And truly the perfect home I've ever scene. Omg. I love everything and I mean everything about this home is perfect. The size, the features, the acres omg, except the cabinet colors. Which can always be changed I would change the cabinets to white and all glass/see through. But the wood still makes everything balanced. love love love the kids ideas/opinions/perspectives!! Will there be more homes like this by next year? I'll be ready by next tax season. Central Florida is flood free zone? What happened to the perfect number estimate break down? can you build one or a couple of houses on this size of property ? another question is how far is this from the market area, or town. How far is from down town.
Is this house way out of town? I am from California and have no idea what part of Florida is the House.
You can build several houses on the property. The house is approx 25min from Ocala downtown. Its in central Florida, not to hot weather and dont have to worry about Hurricanes.
Make sure you look at Flood maps and surrounding neighborhood/neighbours and other possible disturbing elements. Also check HOA, possible Subdivisions and rules. Alot of farms have no HOA but they alot of the times are in. Subdivision. That subdivision might have certain restrictions and regulations. Always contact a real estate attorney before buying. Also always contact your own home inspector. Alot of the homes hese days are not built 100%.
Never buy land to cheap, cause surrounding land will be cheap then too, cheap land usually means trashy neighborhoods with mobile homes and people using their property as a trash pile. Buy expensive land where people who want to treat their property as trash cant afford to buy.
