With the rear you mean? You don't technically have to but the stock rear will be much narrower and different bolt pattern. I'm swapping in the wide 8.8 from the parts car

What size/model air chisel are you using and what is air pressure set at? Your air chisel works very well.
20 year old harbor freight one lol. I think air is regulated at 120 psi. All in the technique

The vics have an adaptive PS control module. You have to get a kit to manually control the valve in the rack. Also don't use GM engines in ur Ford

Have you seen anyone cut the crown vic frame and put it into the c frame of the f100 keeping rear-end section like a weld in section
No though I'm sure you could "clip it" like they did back in the day. To me you are tossing out the main advantage though
