Literally the first time I've ever seen an accusation which was not proven (no photos before he fixed the dent with the plunger), get so easily proven just because someone couldn't just stand there and take it. Talk about snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
@roxane7432 , yes and in Tenn. you go to jail for 3 days with no bond. It just happened when my granddaughter went to court over child support and the baby daddy didn't know when to shut his mouth like this guy here. Oh, he's crying to his moma because he ended up getting maced and put on the wall. Sometimes people need to learn to watch their mouth.
You are talking about Devin, the plaintiff. I saw him kick the door at the end! There was a conclusion video saying "plaintiff kicks door and judge Milian flips out" with this.
I was thinking the same thinggg! That type of anger that lead to easy destruction is sign of domestic violence i know from experience I hope she’s okay and she’s left him😥
Yes that’s true. But there should be some grace for those who are not as articulate. As someone who works as a public service employee I deal with this every day. You catch more bees with honey. I wanted JM to let both litigants speak without interrupting them.
Wow - yes! That was my comment, too. How did the defendant not get a sense of this in the first 2 minutes speaking to him. The contractor should never have agreed to do the job for this guy - it was 'preordained'...there was going to be a problem with this customer, no matter what the workers said or did.
That defendant looked like the type of craftsman that can do his thing blindfolded, with one arm tied behind his body. He just looked "seasoned." When I purchased my first car, I had the fortune of finding a mechanic like that.
I must've watched him storm out about 10 times. He did the hand motion and kick just like a toddler. Only thing missing was him falling on the floor! 🤣🤣🤣
The plaintiff is an angry man...licensed plumbers are reasonable and $125 an hour for their expertise is worth paying cause if their repairs fail they will come back and fix the issue.
Crazy. The defendent couldve acted like he replaced them and kept everything. Instead he told him he didnt need the work done and gave him money back and he throws a fit. Smh.
yup...i know the personality type...there is GOING to be a problem while or after the work is done with an angry lunatic, and you called it...that's what this guy seems to be!
We all want the plaintiff to be punished for behaving badly but the producers of the show probably LOVE when people do stuff like that, a little shock value makes for interesting television. Now if he did something that made the case unusable on TV they might not pay for your plane ticket back home.
The frustration from not being able to annunciate, articulate and explain yourself correctly must be horrible. This fool really kicked courtroom doors. 😳
Just wow... This guy is the sort who gets out of his car and shoots up your family because he got a bit of road rage, if he can't even manage to control himself at a hearing, he's going to wind up in a very bad place. For his sake, the sake of his family, and the sake of those around him I hope he gets the support and help he needs to deal with his anger without taking it out on inanimate objects and the people around him.
I actually agree that the judge needs to take her own advice and hit her pause button. Some of the time they were trying to talk over her but some of the time she asked him a question and then didn't let them respond. She didn't used to be so damn impatient. I get that some of these litigants push anybody's buttons, but if you ask a question, at least shut up and give them a chance to answer.
“I did not tell them nothing about no pipes I don’t know nothing about that I just knew I wasn’t getting no pressure and I WANTED NEW PIPES” …..wow this guy talks in circles
Plaintiff: kick his car out of anger? Of course not, why would I do something like that? Also plaintiff: **kicks court room door out of anger** 😂😂😂😂 the lack of self awareness is really astonishing
Plaintiff needs to be embarrassed acting like a fool on National Television. I would gladly hire the seasoned plumber. He seems to have Decades of experience and appears honest
I was reading the comments at the start and i was confused and wondering when this tantrum was going to start. Low and behold, it happened. I hope that girlfriend/wife is ok. 😢
Looks like the defendant brought security, that guy is huge! I bet the defendant has been plumbing since before the dipsh*t plaintiff was born, I'm amazed the plaintiff is even capable of owning a home😂
The defendant.....I told he was going to get locked up here 😂 man that's some truth that was said quietly....speaks volumes for the plaintiffs true nature.
$1500 for digging up the pipes and sounded like replaced a valve, what a deal. If the pipes are already copper and in good condition, why replace them. This plaintiff was looking for a quick scam, they didn't replace the copper pipes so give me back my money. The plumber got permits and did part of the job and saved you money by not screwing you. What a jerk.
Im surprised douglas didn't run after him but his job is to protect the judge and im sure they have security. The wife knew he was gonna act up because she stood up, whispering to him.
The plaintiff was such a ignorant jerk . He would have had $200 back , but had to act like a 4yr. old instead & have NOTHING . Karma . I bet his wife was Embarrassed . I sure would have been .
Walking out with any money is better than none. What a fool the plaintiff is. That defendant should have his own TH-cam show if he's still in the business. He's entertaining.
ITS THE WAY THAT WOMAN HAD TO GET UP AND WALK OVER TO THE PLAINTIFF TO TRY TO CALM HIM DOWN BC SHE KNEW THE RAGE WAS COMING. WHAT MAKES THIS WOMAN STAY WITH THIS MAN CHILD?? I HOPE SHE GETS OUT. WHAT A NIGHTMARE HE MUST BE ON AN EVERYDAY BASIS
Well we know he did exactly what the defendant said. He has a kicking problem.
Literally the first time I've ever seen an accusation which was not proven (no photos before he fixed the dent with the plunger), get so easily proven just because someone couldn't just stand there and take it. Talk about snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.
“You go get your man!” 😂😂😂 How EMBARRASSING!
This week, _The People's Court;_ *next* week, _Divorce Court!_ 😂🤣
The defendant "I told you he was going to go to jail here." 😂😂😂
Instigating 🤣🤣🤣
😆
He was right, in any other Ct hearing, he'd dome 24 hr for contempt
@roxane7432 , yes and in Tenn. you go to jail for 3 days with no bond. It just happened when my granddaughter went to court over child support and the baby daddy didn't know when to shut his mouth like this guy here. Oh, he's crying to his moma because he ended up getting maced and put on the wall. Sometimes people need to learn to watch their mouth.
He said “locked up” not jail. Are you deaf?
I love that he showed his true colors in front of the judge, so she could decide correctly.
What a FOOL!
You are talking about Devin, the plaintiff. I saw him kick the door at the end! There was a conclusion video saying "plaintiff kicks door and judge Milian flips out" with this.
That plaintiff is real piece of work for throwing a fit like a man child. 😂
That’s exactly what I was thinking and was going to comment. Shame on him 🤦🏽♀️
I know. His poor wife.
Like a whole 2 yr old
there is no way this guy can own a home unless he inherited it . he is too unstable and too stupid to earn enough to buy his own home .
A semi illiterate man child! Could hardly talk and doubtful he could read. Then shows himself to have anger issues. A real loser.
Even his wife/girlfriend is looking at him sideways. 😂
Hopefully that woman is ok. If he can act this way in a court room no telling how he would act behind closed doors
AGREED!
My thoughts exactly. 😢
I never want to advocate for divorce but like you put it. If he is that physically aggressive on national television. That is just scary for her!!
That's what I thought. She probably got the remainder of his horrible attitude after court ....
I was thinking the same thinggg! That type of anger that lead to easy destruction is sign of domestic violence i know from experience I hope she’s okay and she’s left him😥
Being able to articulate oneself is important!
Stay in school YALL
@@thatsassyrepublican drug and alcohol it's not a school pb
well you need teeth for that though
Both litigants had trouble articulating! 😂
Yes that’s true. But there should be some grace for those who are not as articulate. As someone who works as a public service employee I deal with this every day. You catch more bees with honey. I wanted JM to let both litigants speak without interrupting them.
He better get some help with anger management.
and a speech pathologist
Wow - yes! That was my comment, too. How did the defendant not get a sense of this in the first 2 minutes speaking to him. The contractor should never have agreed to do the job for this guy - it was 'preordained'...there was going to be a problem with this customer, no matter what the workers said or did.

When I purchased my first car, I had the fortune of finding a mechanic like that.
Yep exactly
Lol your right.
He look like Mario 😂
I must've watched him storm out about 10 times. He did the hand motion and kick just like a toddler. Only thing missing was him falling on the floor! 🤣🤣🤣
I had to watch it several times too
I can’t get over judge Marilyn and the defendent bonding over the kicking at the end LOLOLOL
It felt like a scene from an episode of _Seinfeld!_ 😂
I would have been laughing the whole time if i was apart of the courtroom audience 😂😅
Lmfaoo me too. She would of had to thrown both of us out 😂😂😂
@@DiorVega😂😂😂😂
@@DiorVega The way I busted out laughing when he coughed I know I would’ve got put out 😂😂😂
@@cocodiva0213 lmfao that cough told me to get prepared for this comedy 😂😂😂
@@DiorVega😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣
The plaintiff needs to grow up.
The plaintiff is an angry man...licensed plumbers are reasonable and $125 an hour for their expertise is worth paying cause if their repairs fail they will come back and fix the issue.
…and get himself some “edumacation” in grammar and speech!! Whew!!!
@user-lw8xd5mb8uIf he were grown mentally (as in mature), he wouldn't be throwing a fit like a toddler.
Perfectly said, what a piece of garbage lying to our favorite judge!
So so so so late for that. Man is set in his atrocious ways.
Crazy. The defendent couldve acted like he replaced them and kept everything. Instead he told him he didnt need the work done and gave him money back and he throws a fit. Smh.
I wish the contractor counter sued so the judge could’ve rewarded him more money. The plaintiff is a lunatic
yup...i know the personality type...there is GOING to be a problem while or after the work is done with an angry lunatic, and you called it...that's what this guy seems to be!
LOL I know, the plaintiff is just an hothead a hole
I’ve been waiting to see this case for years!!! The plaintiff who kicks the door!! 😂😂😂
😂😂
Even his woman was looking at him sideways! Like wtf!!😂😂😂😂😂
Judge milia will start talking while someone’s talking and then say “stop talking while I’m talking” 😂😂😂
Awwwww, the defendant looks like a Muppet's character! And he's got the accent to add flavor to his character. I like him.
He does and he also reminds me of Super Mario 😂😂😂😂
We all want the plaintiff to be punished for behaving badly but the producers of the show probably LOVE when people do stuff like that, a little shock value makes for interesting television. Now if he did something that made the case unusable on TV they might not pay for your plane ticket back home.
Wah, and kicks her Honors' door? That little outburst cost the plaintiff $200. Ouch.
The frustration from not being able to annunciate, articulate and explain yourself correctly must be horrible. This fool really kicked courtroom doors. 😳
Enunciate
The defendant told his witness that the plaintiff was going to get himself in some trouble...he was right 🙄
Its always so funny to me when they show the empty podium after someone gets kicked out of court 😂
Yessss😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This is Pre- COVID… now that cough would get that case thrown out!!! 😳😂😂😂
His lady looked embarrassed and confused the whole time 😭😭😭
The plaintiff should have left enough alone glad he lost he’s such an angry person
15:05 The *empty plaintiff podium,* though!! *I'M SCREAMIN'!!* 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣🤣
Aww the defendant is a good dude fr bless him for being so honest in the cruel of world we live in fr❤
So glad the people's court isn't ending. I can't keep track of all these subscriptions and which shows are on what app though.
Well that escalated quickly. 😂
Wowww the plaintiff proved the defendant right!
Omg this case was horrible. The judge didn't stop screaming from the gate, and you couldn't understand either of the litigants.
I actually agree that the judge needs to take her own advice and hit her pause button. Some of the time they were trying to talk over her but some of the time she asked him a question and then didn't let them respond. She didn't used to be so damn impatient. Oh man I saw the infamous Door Kick on another short clip on here years ago!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I saw a slip of the outburst a while back and I've been hoping to see the whole episode. Thank you for uploading it.
“I did not tell them nothing about no pipes I don’t know nothing about that I just knew I wasn’t getting no pressure and I WANTED NEW PIPES” …..wow this guy talks in circles
Joe looks half alive and fed up!! 😂😂😂
"I dont have a key for it."
Bro, they have them at EVERY Lowes and Home Depot for $15
Aaah another good one! Talk about throwing away a (small) victory.
Plaintiff: kick his car out of anger? Of course not, why would I do something like that?
Also plaintiff: **kicks court room door out of anger**
😂😂😂😂 the lack of self awareness is really astonishing
I'm surprised Douglas didn't take him down!! He's more protective when people try to give the judge evidence lol
Two litigants that are unable to explain something in its simplest form.
Ignorance and lack of self-control will keep you in the losing cycle of life.
Joe The Plumber looks like a caricature. I would hire him in a heartbeat
The plaintiff won and ... stormed out in a rage?
that's because he's obviously a big baby that can't handle not getting exactly what he wants. He was probably a spoiled rotten little brat as a kid.
He got way less than what he was originally seeking.
He came back??? That was crazzzyyyy!
The plaintiff girlfriend looking at him like he is crazy 😂
Lmaoooo nah because y he kicking ppl doors like a little kid lmaooo
Plaintiff needs to be embarrassed acting like a fool on National Television. I would gladly hire the seasoned plumber. He seems to have Decades of experience and appears honest

Looks like the defendant brought security, that guy is huge! I bet the defendant has been plumbing since before the dipsh*t plaintiff was born, I'm amazed the plaintiff is even capable of owning a home😂
Ooo i didn't even notice the giant next to the defendant. Good catch 😂
I saw that big guy too. He knew the plaintiff was crazy. He brought security. 😂
What a child......
Lol the guy that walked in with the defendent was huuugeeee. Defendent said your not gonna mess with me today lol
I thought the defendant was about to spit on the ground in the beginning lol
Plumber is right. As a journey man he’s spot on with the valves
The defendant.....I told he was going to get locked up here 😂 man that's some truth that was said quietly....speaks volumes for the plaintiffs true nature.
The defendant looks like he just finished building a brick wall .
$1500 for digging up the pipes and sounded like replaced a valve, what a deal. If the pipes are already copper and in good condition, why replace them. I’ve been watching court t.v. since I was in my late teens which was centuries ago. Never saw a hissy fit quite like this one😂😂
hope she gets away from him.
Some people cannot control themselves. The plaintiff is a crybaby.
at his big grown age he should be ashamed😂😂😂😂
Hope he doesn't punch nor kick on his wife like he did that exit
The plaintiff was such a ignorant jerk . He would have had $200 back , but had to act like a 4yr. old instead & have NOTHING . Karma . I bet his wife was Embarrassed . I sure would have been .
He would have $200, but he just wanted more. Don’t be greedy.
If he's going to do that in the courtroom in front of people and on TV imagine what he does to his wife behind closed doors
Ohh. He big mad with the side of pissed😂😂😂
About time for the full episode
He did exactly what the defendant said he would do 😂
I could hardly understand either of them!
Why are people so angry
whenever someone leaves the court with attitude they exit the wrong way in the hallway :)
I’m surprised she let the plaintiff get away with saying ma’am so many times. That man needs anger management 😮
Walking out with any money is better than none. What a fool the plaintiff is. That defendant should have his own TH-cam show if he's still in the business. He's entertaining.
Plumbers are expensive.
Oldie but goodie. I remember seeing this one on TV
2 Words ...anger management 🤣🤣
His way of leaving a courtroom makes it very believable he kicked the guy's car......
Both of these guys are not good at expressing themselves.
Judge was really annoying AF the whole case blah blah blah blah. Asking questions then talking over them and saying stop talking when she talking.
I’ve been looking for this case for years.

Been looking all over for this episode
What a man child. You know his wife was embarrassed
That man saved him a lot of money and now he doesn't even wanna pay for the work he did do? Make it make sense.
MM: What do you want? What do you want?
Me: Flashbacks to The Notebook 😂
Been waiting for this one forever.
I'm so bored today, to hot to do anything outside and I don't have TV, so this episode was one of the best I seen, it helped make my day go faster
Finally! This one finally got uploaded
Defendant: That's *exactly* the way it happened!
Judge Milian (in agreement): That's *EXACTLY* the way it happened!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Oooh this case was spicy! 🤣
It was kinda hard to watch at first with them talking over the judge but then at the end all the drama kicked off lol
No pun intended I’m sure 😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂 pulled dent out with a plunger. That’s a true plumber
Bro stop it, yall need to stop playing victim already.
That màn has to be slow. Throwing a tantrum like a two year old is WILD.
lol not Harvey telling that man he look like a contractor 😭
This is like a Denzel/ Ron Jeremy AI fever dream 😂
And that's a compliment for both of them!
