Duvet cover ko inside out try karo chadhana. Stand and take corner aur usko duvet ke corner se chadhao. I do this now I dont need my husbands help.
Also for fitted sheet you can do alone .. 1st start by putting the sheet from bed ka left side corner where you stand and then do rest.
Use Microfibre Cloth instead of disposables…. Wash it then reuse it.

People who are born in Canada do not find cleaning as hard as you are. I think because you are not used to it. People born here have done this their whole lives. I’m a single mom and do all of this on my own. Make sure to change your clothes and take a shower after cleaning the house. Imagine the germs getting on you.
