A home becomes beautiful because of its people , not from decoration. Always remember that. However since it's your new purchase , your enthusiasm is understandable. My suggestion is to invest in lots of indoor plants because nothing better than living things to decorate and purify the house . Plants and taking care of them also make you more responsible and your house will looks luxurious with plants and t's a great hobby too. For bare walls purchase art and painting from art galleries when you travel to different part of the country or world . It's a great memorabilia and also great conversation starter. Inside bedrooms, keep decor minimal because it's a personal space and uncluttered apperance will give you peace of mind and serenity.

The space where you leave your shoes. A good painting with good lighting.
I recommend to go for a small coffee table and two comfortable chairs in bedroom near the windows.. you can sit and relax with book or chill with a glass of wine or anything.. if both of you are working from home, you can’t interrupt another with office calls or meetings. That table would help you to escape from office room.. and you no need to worry about small tv in living area. Becoz you having sofa cm bed, you can lay on it and watch the movies on ceiling, with projector (home theatre 4k with wifi) is best option...
I’m minimalist.. I live in a room which is even lesser in size of your guest bedroom.. still i used every inch of it in wise mode.. btw house is amazing.. :) i would love to watch the updates after your upgrades..
I would suggest a little bit of Brown furniture near the fireplace will add more elegance to your house

Lounge area:Tall lampshades in the corners would compliment the open space. Add some colourful cushions on your sofa. A throw would add some warmth to the look. Add on a long rectangular runner on dining table, a pop of bright colour, reds or orange... Staircase going up, put up frames in different sizes, some square, some rectangular, some round or oval. Photos of yourselves, your wedding, your families, your trips... Top of the stairs, add a full length mirror.
Your bedroom... Add lampshades on bedside stools. Add some photo frames on mantle piece. Bedside rugs on each side of the bed. Some throw cushions to soften the look. Place fresh flowers in all spaces. Decorate bathrooms with pretty baskets to hold toiletries and hand towels.
You could look at the possibility of installing a shelf on the wall to place the microwave, to allow for more table top space. The colours on the walls and the furniture as well as the blinds are neutral. This allows room to play with different colours for cushions, throws rugs, lampshades etc. The entrance, place full length mirrors to give a feeling of vast spaces. Place real potted plants in living area. Good Luck.

One suggestion:
6:49 On the empty wall in the kitchen, make a kitchen garden. Install a bunch of plants (coriander, mint, basil and others popularly used in Indian cooking). It will not only look good but also provide greenery.

It's a very beautiful and modern house. I loved each and every part of it. It would be great if you guys also mention about utilities like water supply, electricity, warm water supply in winters, drinking water. Finances like cost of the house, maintenance, loan, etc.

Suggestions for stairs: Mount your group photos or travel photos or family photos. I have in my house. And I get really good compliments on that. I have putted my childhood to adulthood and family photographs on that wall along stairs. As we go up , age of photographs increases. Hope it helps. Cheers and love 🥰🇵🇰
I prefer a fence in between houses. In Australia builders have to provide fencing in the backyard as well as on the sides. Good fences make good neighbours

Yes it will b very cold in the winter n normal to cool in the summers
Helmet and Wet Umbrella and rain coat hanging stand can be kept at entrance.
At the entrance, put a mirror on the wall adjacent to the cabinet and put a bench on the opposite side.. the person can look into the mirror while sitting.. if the cabinet had a sliding door, you could've put an end table there

Loved your new house video! I have questions regarding your cooktop and hood. Do you use griddle for making roti ( share your experience) and is hood efficient enough to pull all the cooking smell out of house? And suggestion- to decorate your entry way, you can add a credenza( offers storage as well) or console table with a appropriate size mirror on top.
