    Use the large white dish pan ( costs $2 only) from dollarama for mixing the panjeeri.... that's what I used for kneading the dough but my mum used it for mixing the panjeeri .... works amazing for large quantities

    I also add flax seeds and choti elaichi powder to enhance the aroma and nutrition ! Actually few of my know have nuts allergy so they replace dry fruits and nuts with pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and sunflower seeds rest recipe stays same.

    We use all ingredients except sugar....since ages we use jagary only....n in gujarat we get vasana masala.....which is best to keep u warm ...which is mixture of all ayurvedic herbs n spices..ganthoda powder..sonth Powder.....if u get chance have GUJJU types gond ke laddoo.......n it is best to have after delevery ...to give new mom strength n nutrition

    Perfect ingredients....you can add more gaund and also khus khus. For after delivery....as it's good for lactating mothers. Abowl of panjiri and hot cup of milk....perfect breakfast

    There is lot of stuff you can use in panjeri . It's good in Postpartum . Safaid musli,lodh kikar,sounf . Chasni nal v bohat achi banti hai panjeri

    Make a ritual of having it morning with milk daily..I had it every day for 40 days..and it is really beneficial I can say that my kids are 26 n 23 I don't have any back problems without cribbing I use have as my breakfast daily

    You can add isbagol also in panjiri , it will help with constipation, also add shakar or brown sugar instead of sugar, add khus khus , safed moosli, pistachios

    It is the perfect recipe ❤ we always eat them in winter . At lil warm stage you can make ladoos uff pinnis of them . And whenever you wanna have it u can simply microwave it for 30 sec and enjoy it warm. And jammi hui panjiri nikalne ka hassle nahi hoga har baar.

    Aapne Panjiri mein ajwain aur dry ginger pwd bahut hi kam dala hai. One kg aata mein 100gm ajwain aur 100gm dry ginger pwd dalna tha. Panjiri mein yeh dono bahut fayeda karti hein.

    Shakkar ki jagah gud dalo to jyada healthy hota hai kyuki gud se body mai khoon badhata hai..hum gud hi dalte hai aur isme ajwain aur sunth nahi dalte uske alag laddu banate hai

    Instead of aata we use green daal and zaroor kha na it's really helpful meine 5 killo khayi aub koi pain nai hui aaj tak mere twins hai 5 years old

    AP is mix ko laddoo la form dein because aisey nahi khaye jayega...after delivery 2 laddoo one morning one evening will be good enough and easy to eat. It's way more easy to eat it as laddoo

    Hi, we Gujrati also make this but we add jaggery n Katla Ka powder I don’t know what it is said in Hindi it’s in bit dark green colour powder ,specially good for bones

    We make pinjiri or pinjiri pinyan with sooji (semolina/rava) and add all the same dry nuts and kamarkas/Makhany.
    Sooji helps with milk supply of breast feeding mothers and helps keep feeding mothers fuller for longer.

    We (in Nepal) are making this item with milk. All the process is same only difference is we cook with milk in place of aata.

    Panjiri to mast bani hai mu me pani aa gya par aap ne magaz ,lodh, phatha,sundh nahi daala.new mother ke liye ye dalte hai hum kismis nahi dalte.mehnat bohot lagti hai.all the best.

    Yum recipe 😋😋as I also don't like resins as it's you can grind it well it taste yum n add jaggery powder instead of sugar n Khoya too .we made this winter as it super cold in north india . Do try like this next time it taste delicious 😋

    In pakistan we put sooji instead of ataa and ghee aap logon ka buhat ziada tha because yeh thoda dry form main hota hy ghee wajah sy yeh buhat geela geela bana hy baqi ingredients almost same hain and yes we never put ajwien kali mirch and soonth we only put elaachi powder sugar or gudh your choice and desi ghee

    Everything is perfect in panjiri but instead of sugar you should use jaggery bcoz sugar is not gud for health nd sugar aapne grind ni ki h toh khaate khaate daatoh me bhi dard hota h

    Harmeet ji ki perhaps muscle problem bhi cure karegi because gond and kamarkas helps in muscle injury so give to ladies after delivery

    We use Sooji (semolina) in place of Aataa. Rest is the same procedure. All the best to you guys. Love you 3 , 4th is coming soon ❤️ 😀...
    And Manpreet is right. It is quite hard to eat this after delivery. I made it and later on did not eat after delivery. But now I have so many weaknesses in my body I feel. So I regret not eating it at the right time... 🙃

    We also have methi lvs , moong dal , gond ka sheera with moong dal papad gehu ke aata ka sheera. Just take care of the ghee. Sometimes it doesn’t suit the child as you will be breastfeeding. Take care manpreet.

    Don’t dry roast the dry fruits.. fry them in lil ghee, add lil sooji and bean in the aata.. it tastes yum… the desiccated coconut shud be added after the aata mix is cooked.. then cooked n after that roughly crushed fried dry fruits n Gond.. instead of sugar add burada or jaggery.

    Gond aur dryfruits hum log last me direct aate me dalte hai,bhun jate hai,alag se jarurat nahi hoti,aate me already ghee jyada hota hai.aur gud dalte hai,laddoo banate hai.aur garam pani me laddoo dalke instant shira banake roj khate hai delivery k bad .
