    This is a fun workout, your abs stay engaged the entire time, and there is a lot of variety to keep you focused. It's not too long, so you can get the work done quickly. I've done this workout every day since Tatiana uploaded it!

    This is so funny to do! I really don't fancy working out my abs and thought of stopping the video but I followed til the end! My abs are burning! I will surely do it again! 🥰 This so helpful, thank you again.

    On second thoughts, would these exercises be ok for someone with lower back injuries? [currently no pain though].

      This Ab Class is a bit more advanced, so depending on how strong your core is, I'd suggest exercises where you keep your back flat on the mat first (not coming all the way up into a boat pose e.g.). Important is to also work on strengthening the back (bird dogs e.g.). I will keep in mind to do an ab class for the future that keeps the back as save as possible.       @@TatianaRooney Thanks for the feedback Tatiana, i really appreciate it! No worries: i've been on a back-strengthening exercise program for a while now and still doing it to this day and things have significantly improved. My core is strong enough to handle the longest isometrics, and my back muscles are there to support the spine nice and proper. I just got tired of doing the same exercises over and over so i wanted to spice things up a bit, and your videos come to the rescue! Keep them coming ;-)
