The voice is not synthesized, it is almost all sung solo by Rachel Rhodes. Some parts are a post production duet with Nami Miyahara. The girl that plays Lumi in the video and in all the art is Rachel Rhodes.

dude, rachel rhodes looks just like the chick in heavenly star, so i doubt that they are completely computer animated. they use graphics on them to make them look cartoonish but they are still actuall people.they even show you clips of what they look like without the graphics
