Apparently this song was removed from the NMH switch port along with the theme of the offices you go to for jobs not that it affects it much, but im gonna miss them
Apparently the offices music being missing was an accident on the part of the company who handled the port so those might be patched back in later. Heavenly Star however, yeah you can probably forget that returning, the license likely expired a long time ago and it's possible Grasshopper has no idea who to contact now regarding the rights to the song.

The same thing happens to a lot of games I would like to have Travis in Smash but I think it's doubtful at the moment, perhaps in the second wave of DLC
