I recommend for future videos you mention the size of the allen wrench you're using for each screw

I ordered my Touring today, and I'm really excited about getting it. These helpful videos and the customer service that people are saying so many nice things about were a huge part of my decision to go with your company over the many others out there. Great work, keep it up!

@@JupieYT It's a great scooter. If I were to get one today, I would probably get a Cruiser. It's not necessarily that the range is insufficient on the Touring, but it would be nice to have a little bit more range, a little bit more power. Maybe slightly larger wheels - there are a lot of potholes in my city, and I'd probably get a black one that is less eye catching (instead of my orange one). You're not going to go wrong either way, and I've been consistently impressed with Voro motors customer service the few times I've had a question.

hi aj….Hi...i have an emove touring scooter....after 4 days, of use, the front tire went flat....no puncture, looks like the inner tube just popped / failed. Voro gang - can you guys please post a video that shows how to take off front tire of Emove Touring, and replace the inside inflatable ture? help! thank you.

@David Folloni, the same thing happened to me going 20mph and I got into a nasty accident - road burn, bruises all over, whiplash. I opened up the tire and found a ton of metal shavings from the metal round disks in the middle, which had punctured the tube internally. I called Voro Motors and spent hours on the phone with them trying to figure out what went wrong. I sent pictures and videos of the shavings, and was hoping they'd do something about it as I was worried there were people out there that could have this happen to them like me, but get hurt much worse (and potentially die from their manufacturing defects). They said they could not do anything because "they'd never heard of this happening before," but clearly it has. It is absolutely unacceptable and a horrible thing to see for a new company that should be 100% focused on quality control, especially when lives are at stake.

@@evanjthorne Mmm that's a worrying trend, for a company that puts up such a front as in this video of real care, but yet we hear stories like yours, frankly it's putting me off this company and I'll bet I'm not the only one, they should address this, I've also seen a couple of people who had a brake line issue with the touring, in that it keeps jumping out of the housing near the rear wheel which can also cause accidents, not impressed! 🤨

I'm awaiting for this e-scooter today, i already have pure air but it's too slow, only 15.5 mph, so every single day cyclists are overtaking me here in London, hopefully this will be faster but as sturdy.

It kinda pisses me off why I should have to re-tighten screws on a scooter. Its a safety issue. I dont have to go around tightening screws on a car. Thats because standards are put in place for motor vehicles. I dont understand why I should have to do it with my scooter. I think its a quality control issue. They should be tightened to a specific torque value from the factory and that should be final.

@@kevinjohnson3203 There is a silver (metal) ring that fits just inside the plastic housing of the voltmeter. On the metai ring is a hole which aligns with the hole on the voltmeter just behind the mini-screen. Mine came without a bolt, but a simple stove bolt (about 2" long) will do the trick -- just screw it into the 2 aligned holes. Sorry, i'm not sure what size the stove bolt should be; you'll have to experiment with it. Good luck!
