@@darkseer7027 tlga lang?? eh yong Common Station nga eh naapprobahan pa na gawin at may plano na eh noong gma administration pero hindi parin ngawa until duterte administration eh, alam mo lahat ng nagdaang presidente since 1986 may mga plano na sila for infrastructure kaso kadalasan hanggang doon walang implementation na nangyari or poste man lang na makikita sa project, kung meron man hindi man lng makakalahati sa proyekto. Yong abnoynoy admin mo wlang natapos na project partida wlang covid 19 pa dun at may mga nakaprepared nang mga infrastructure project mula sa gma administration pero hindi naman nya nagawa or naisakatuparan, pinalalabas molng na bitter ka kasi wla lng nagwa sa abnoynoy admin mo eh 😂😂

Pangilinan (MVP), who also chairs the Metro Pacific Tollway Corporation (MPTC) on Wednesday said that the Cebu Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) is proof that the public and private sectors can accomplish outstanding feats when they work together.
In fact, MVP believes that MPTC’s success in CCLEX will pave the way for more public-private partnerships (PPPs) that will benefit more local government units (LGUs) instead of being limited at the national level.
“This bridge, I believe, is the first significant public-private partnership between private enterprise and local government unit. We are honored and humbled to be partners with the City of Cebu and Cordova.”
“We hope that this will serve as a template for future infrastructure grand ventures contracted at the LGU level,” said MVP in his speech.
At the start of the project, MPTC projected the cost of construction at P27 billion.
Yet with so much support from Cebuanos, MVP said this encouraged them to pour more funds into the project which now costs P33 billion.
That is a commitment to Cebu,” he said.
MVP also acknowledges the “huge” support of the national government, especially President Rodrigo Duterte.
He thanked the President for being there at the start and at the end of the project.
MVP said CCLEX would encourage similar projects not just from MPTC but for the whole industry, creating trust and confidence for PPPs with LGUs.

May coming pa kami ika-apat na tulay (Cebu Mactan Bridge & Coastal Road) proyekto ng JICA na planong tayuin pagkatapos ng CCLEX, siguro ngayong taon o sa 2023. Ito ay pangalawa na sa JICA kasi sa kanila din ang Marcelo Fernan Bridge (2nd).

@@darkseer7027 Negotiations lang nangyari kay Pnoy, the actual inauguration was during the duterte admin. The bridge was planned, funded, constructed, and supervised by LGU's and PPP's with reciprocated support of the national government.
