@ 3:12 Yes, allowed ang 400cc pababa na motor. May dedicated motorcycle lane na rin. Yung Bike Lane, nasa pinaka gilid na pwede rin sa pedestrians...
Mala hong kong yung vibes....
Currently more than 50 high rise blsgs underconstruction in cebu city alone not included yung seaside city na 26 hectares and according sa reliable source 25 hectares already sold out... One of the requirements is to build the bldg immediately
So xpect 3 to 5 years from now... The city skyline will never be the same again.
Enjoyed ang byahe 😊
Yes!😊👍
amazing ..
Actually that's SM Seaside City the 3rd largest mall in the Philippines and the 11th largest in the world located in South Road Properties or SRP where few latest Cebu landmarks are located like the Cebu Ocean Park, IL Corso, the ultra-luxury Nustar Resort and Casino, and the new premier development the 300 Billion South Coast City beside SM Seaside. While the SM City Cebu, the first SM mall in Cebu, is located in Mabolo in North Reclamation Area just few minutes away from Mandani Bay.
NICE! 😊💯🤞❤️🙏✌️👍🙂
Thank you Sir Francisco Nagrampa Jr 😊👍

Welcome to Cebu the one and only Queen City of the South.
The iconic 8.9 km Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway or CCLEX is the longest sea-crossing bridge in the Philippines, surpassing the 2-kilometer (1.2 mi) San Juanico bridge in Leyte. The CCLEX is 5-times longer than the San Juanico bridge, and significantly dwarfing the San Juanico bridge. CCLEX is a first of its kind in the Philippines. Only in Cebu.
Thank you 😊👍
@@lightsonyou101 Before it was just a dream now it becomes reality. Thank you Mayor Rama for your vision for Cebu.
@@2KSOLED77 before, ilonggos laughed and said it will never be a dream come true, look at it now 😅.. now lets come to iloilo and lets take a look at their sunken broken flyover 😂😂 tikal pa more

From what I know, same lang ng seating capacity ang seaside arena sa moa arena na 16k
Imagine kung ganito din lahat ng express way sa Pilipinas, particularly dito sa Luzon kung saan pati lower CC na motor pwedeng dumaan
That board up is sm arena.. then that lot is a consortium of auala and sm.
