Yes. I would love to see her shop her own store more, right up. Until it's nearly empty :) . There's so much to use and I'd like the video more than the Goodwill videos...( even though I do like them). She would save alot of money & time too using what she has 😀
From a marketing standpoint, I would think that redlining your price reductions is better (just use the original sticker and mark it down in red ink) because it lets the potential buyer know they are getting a bargain.
I am 72 and I remember watching the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan show I think in 1963 or 62. Way before your time. Every teen age girl was watching that night.anyway love watching u and I forgive u for not knowing any beatle songs lol. Take care. God bless.
Your mom always does such a great job reorganizing the booth! I had my own business for over 10 years where I did exactly what she does. I would set up & restock antique & vintage booths. I’d also setup trade show booths & decorated for weddings. I have a source for old wooden crates so I would build shelving units for the booths, & even furniture. Sadly, Covid shut my business down & I really miss it. I am debating on whether or not I might start doing it again very part time. After watching you decorate your booth, it really makes me want to start again. Thank you (& mom) for the inspiration! xo❤

We used shelving and bookcases in our booth and it gave us a TON of more space. The pieces you have in the booth are amazing, but limiting your space. This would allow you to display SO much more and not have the confines of "fitting things in". You all are amazing and inspiring. Your knowledge is VERY helpful with my selling business, and your attitude is always positive. Laurel is soooo cute, and it is a treat to watch her grow.
Your Mom is so much fun and so talented. She should have a staging business and work with realtors stagging homes for sale. My Mom was the one who would move an item on a shelf and say..."now it will sell!" How I miss her.
The Dresden lamp - George The Antique Nomad showed a product he is going to use to ship fragile items - it kind of molds around the fragile piece, protecting it. Not sure how it works, but you could ask him.
The booth looks beautiful, your mom did a great job as usual. 😊 Instead of changing the tags on the pieces you discounted, couldn't you cross out the original price and put the new price in red and write "Sale" on it? Or write 20% (or whatever the discount) off so the buyer knows it was such a deal? 😃
We have buy it now yellow tags we attach to items (leave original tag on) it says booth number and was price now price. People think they are getting a deal and also catches their eye if they have seen before but were afraid of original price
@@Chromble we leave the original tag on and attached the 4 by 6 yellow card with info recorded teg price buy it now price booth number and what it is. It's easier for them to change price with a red pen than large yellow tags. We also have large blue tags they attach to furniture that says too late!!!!!its sold!!

the other day i was walking out of a store and headed toward my car and then seen something out the corner of my eye and as it drew my attention i shouted squirrel ....i think the lady walking by me thought i was nuts 😂

Greetings Jos, I’ve been vicariously shopping with you for several months now and can’t stand to miss one day! In the past while our husbands were fishing my friend and I would hit Bedford Street Antiques. Watching your restocking videos I recognized the place by the funny unexpected entrance ramp. Didn’t realize it had a second floor either! Miss Pat is adorable, it is obvious she is an artist by her great clothes and her fabulous eye! That gnome in front of that flower painting was brilliant, YES! Every now and then you find a porcelain figure that you think might be Herend but usually isn’t. I have always heard it pronounced “Hair’end” (emphasis on the first syllable). Thanks for the fun!
Booths that are FULL of All kinds of things generally draw the Most browsers and frequently because of the variety find a new buyer,and they like to check out the swung vases, And Mom certainly has the knack,ENJOY !💕

You were looking at the aquarium paperweight, and I was trying to look at the round tape measure on the shelf below. My dad had one of those (he would have been 93 this year) and I have memories of playing with it as a little girl.
When I think summer, I think water, beach, lake, fish, flowers, birds, insects, wildlife, picnic. Just to give you some ides. I put out lot's of bird feeders also. If you ever want to do bird houses, make sure you can open it easily to clean out each winter if a bird uses it. Also certain birds will only pick certain size holes. Keeps predators out.
My mother had that silve lazy Susan with glass. I don’t know what happened to it but it was very old. I am 75 and she had it when I was very young. Everyone complimented her on it all the to Time
I know that you do your own packing and shipping, but it might be possible to ship a difficult item through UPS. If a buyer is willing to drop crazy money for something, I don't think that they will balk at another hundred or so for shipping expenses. UPS is well versed in sending the unusual and breakage is on them, not you.
Love the dafodill juice glasses, I'd like to purchase, also, which worlds fair photo is it? Could not see it at all on the wall too dark. Lmk. Ty. Toni
In 1962 my Dad died suddenly I was 12 yrs. And the Beatles came and gave me a reason to go forward. To this day I enjoy their counsel.

A customer could do their own markdowns... Having 1 tag, 1 price is probably the only acceptable way to avoid that.
I agree about reclining. Maybe someone looked at the piece but the price was too high.

Some places don’t allow that because an unscrupulous customer could make changes like that, versus having a new tag.
