Keep posting timestamps for sound issues, I am back in the studio, trying to figure this out, some videos are way worse than others. I had to record most of the last week's videos in one day and couldn't correct issues like sound and camera
Unsure if you're on a single or double pc setup for recording but this can happen when using elgato capture cards.

It looked like the game had lower priority than some other system process. You should try to switch to "High performance" profile (Control Panel > Power Management applet), to rule out CPU going into powersave mode and switching to lower frequencies. This could explain sporadic nature of these sound issues.

I haven’t played magic in at least three weeks, probably closer to five weeks, yet I still have not missed a CGB video in almost 2 years. The entertainment continues even when magic get stale!

@@shaftlamer I get what you’re saying because a new set came out and everything, but when you’ve been playing for years in a row, eventually need a break. It’s happened to me multiple times I’ve been playing for over 20 years
from a fellow paul to another, I love watching magic. Idk I just find peace amongst CGB making people contemplate if their deck is good or not haha
P.S. That last game was such combination of stupid and long and entertaining...I'm glad you timed out otherwise that game would have been 35 minutes shorter lol
The first guy you played, Scanlan shorthalt, has a giant cube for his... well nevermind. In fact it's better that you don't know Scanlan.
This last game was possibly one of my favorite games I've ever seen. There were swings in fortune, there was drama, there was a little humility from CGB. It was pure content! Your opponent was no slouch and played a great game.

This has been one of the games that highlights the struggles you go through to keep us entertained and I hope you had a good trip CGB. I love everything u do for us and it shows just how cool you are.
Last game was hilarious 🤣 - The ghost of "Blood on the Snow" lingering for the whole duration of an epic battle with the opponent and himself 😉. I wonder how many copies they had in the deck.

Only way to beat Naya Runes with creatures is to tempo them out with cheap removal and fast creatures. Hence mono-white STILL being on top of the meta...gorram taxes and Cathars.
Another thing that's back on the menu are yoink effects in Bo3. Claim the Firstborn was always amazing against Aura's and this deck is not really different.
I've achieved the same with ninja tribal. Fading hope feels bad when it sends back your 10/10 with 3 runes on it.

I gotta say the Kami's Flare timeout was hilarious! I love CBG's explanations and don't usually mind the time he takes to think, but this only proves how of a control mage he is.
You recovered on your mistakes so well on the last game. You deserved the win.
Last opponent has to be cursing the shuffler for no board wipes in their top 35.
Always watch until the end. That game against mono black was rough but you're always doing great. Mistakes happen. Keep on keeping on.
I've been experimenting with the channel boar that gives +3/+1 and trample in mono red. With Lizard Blades it hits harder than Embercleave. For Boomers it's the closest thing to Ghor-clan Rampager we have gotten.
Until the end. That last game makes a nice case for our new snake druid being in every green deck as a back up plan.

43:36 Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think he could have gotten a bit closer to lethal there? Play Raiju, crew Chariot with Wolf and Goro, attack with Chariot and Raiju, triggers put counters on Wolf and Goro, Raiju damage trigger deals 3? Raiju doesn't count itself for the "number of other modified creatures", and the Chariot wasn't counting towards the Creature count while it's not crewed. In In this case it would bring the Opponent to 1 so he would still be just barely short, but it's worth keeping in mind for other games where it could make the difference.

I know you are doing the time stamps for certain reasons but been curious if you could start doing chapters, chapters are a great way to have each game labeled easy to find and it helps clean up descriptions space. Plus I really find it useful so I know what games I wanna go back and watch

Predator seems to be a good answer to createre and sweeper decks in the current meta without divide. I created a moisture gruul version with it and integrated negates in it to protect the dragons. Predator is also good to attack graveyard.

I was playing Enchantment Smash vs a Dimir deck. And he pulls that Beholder card that can dip into the opponent's deck. He had a very comfortable land lead over me (something like 8 vs 4). And he starts pulling all of my own win conditions. The life-gain rune, the trample rune, Michiko, and a Ranger Class just to rub salt in the wound. Next turn his Beholder becomes an unstoppable 12/13 life-gaining menace. Goes from 5 life to 17. And that's game. Super annoying, but he must have felt very satisfied with that turn around.
I'm waiting for CGB to build a Wizards Tribal and get revenge on Dinkelbergs Giants

nice deck man. i think snakeskin veil is missing for this list for sure to protection for your Raiju and Goldspan Dragon. Also modifies which is nice. Kamis Flare seem kinda bad so that would be my replacement.
