It was hard to remove that panel, one screw on left side of panel I had to remove to get to flasher relay.

Panel too hard to remove, so I just paid Honda to do it at a more expensive price.

Where is it located? The turn signal/flasher/blinker relay. I can't find it. How do I find it? This video is not helpful in that regard. The video assumes that you know how to locate the flasher relay. The video should have shown how to find it.
