Aside from the song, I need to state how It always impresses me when i see the end credits of such a huge movie production. Seriously, Look how many people were involved! Must be thousands! a small army! :) Really impressive, come to think of it.

Horner justified it by saying it was the main theme which distills everything about the film in it. After multiple screen tests, Cameron eventually said ‘yes’ to the song… 3 weeks before the film was finished.

I think it's much better going from the first chorus straight into the 2nd verse (as is done here) rather than with the flute insert that they did in the released single/album version. Anyone else agree?
