I'm glad we're getting more lighting in the skyline, but they do need to up their game with these fireworks. This is Philadelphia, an incredibly historical city that really helped the country get on its feet, as it was also the capital before. We just celebrated the 248th birthday of the country, yet we still have fireworks in this one spot? How about fireworks going off on one half of the parkway to the west, away from the towers. While along the Delaware River a line of fireworks could be going off just like the Macy's fireworks in Manhattan. I do love seeing these massive fireworks that are sometimes higher than the buildings, but like I said it can be better. 250th birthday is coming too
I live in a one square mile town called Conshohocken in PA, 10 miles NW of Philly, and our fireworks were AMAZING, 2 hours of nonstop beauty.

Our fireworks show suck every year compared to other states. Not worth the drive
