It's pretty sweet how you guys are riding both the duros so closely to each other. You can definitely see the difference in the slides. Dope video, wish there were more out there like it.

Eli Corey What are you looking to do? If you're freeriding, trying to slide and other more speed oriented skating, go with the Mini Daisy! If you want to do more flatland tricks, cruising and dancing, get that Tan-Tien!
uhmmm idk if u will react to a 6 year old video but uh... i want to get into sliding and ordered a deck and trucks, i only need wheels. i got these recommended but i see it wears off fast. what would you suggest instead of these wheels? sinnce i dont want to spend 60$ a week on new wheels hihi
I just stumbled on this video and was wondering about a few things. I just purchased the 80A wheels. I way around 150 lbs and I chose 80A because I wasn’t Sure how slidey the beveled edges would be so I didn’t want something that was out of control. Now looking at your video I’m a bit concerned that I am not gonna be able to slide them. I’m currently riding the Sector 9 Dropper mosaic 41” board and I got these wheels to start learning how to slide (I have no slide experience). 1. how do you get comfortable getting low on the board. I feel like when I get low on the board I start to get wobbles and It just feels uncomfortable to get into any sort of slide position. Do tighter trucks help with this? Also how flexible do your legs need to be? I am not that flexible and I’m kinda afraid that if I were to squat down while doing a high speed descent I wouldn’t be able to stand up and would also be kinda at risk of knee injury. 2. I am getting my slide gloves in a few days but how fast do I need to be going to be able to slide. I feel like currently im just doing something wrong because no matter how fast im going and how much weight I put on my front foot while carving I still can’t get the wheels to slide. Sorry for the long message but I really need some setup pointers and you guys seem to slide with steez. I liked and subscribe by the way.
I'd just practice going slow and touching the ground with the pucks back and forth from left to right. And you can go as slow as you want but the slower you go the more you are going to rely on kicking the board our compared to just using the momentum of your body.

don't get Randall's, get calibers. don't get skittles because they will grip up a lot on you unless your going fast.

Sounds like your trucks are facing the wrong way. Take them off and turn them around, and see if that works.
