I say this everyday. When I finally realized we are truly living in the most amazing times. And I became so grateful to be here right now it changed my life.i wake up excited everyday to see what I will learn and experience and hear from others experiences.less than 6months ago I was so depressed afraid angry and beyond hopeless and had been that way for 22yrs.i new i wasnt happy but i had no idea how miserable i truly was until I changed. My thoughts my words my environment my habits my choices and trusted the process of awakening.im happy everyday I wake up and I never knew this was possible. That kinda appreciation will carry me into my purpose, and out of the 3D and to the next wave.❤

I have no reason to feel so much pain and anguish and despair, I overcame and found the light, but it's like I know it's there but I can't feel it, like I'm desperate to do something to help but I don't know what else to do... I work at a rehab to help recovering addicts, I'm fried to a crisp like there's nothing left of me
