Visualization & imagining is super powerful. I wanted a good job to start on my financial journey and I would visualize working in a comfortable office with a big window view. And here I am on my break, at my office job with a window view right in front of me.
Can you explain visualization. Like was this a thought in your mind where you saw yourself sitting in front of a large window, did you do this a few times a day? I can visualize, but my visions last a few seconds, I then lose the image, I purposefully make myself go back to seeing the image again, and then lose it again for a few seconds later (I don't make it to 1 minute) then I concentrate and go back and forth for a few minutes, until I get tired of fighting with my mind and thoughts. Was this process the same for you? Or were you able to hold on to this image in your mind for more than 2 minutes at a time? Or am I doing this wrong? What suggestions can you give me to do this right, as a newbie. Thank you!

For me, here something clicked. As I have opened myself up and called for those things that will benefit most myself and the people who surround me, my family members, coworkers, friends, things have appeared in my feed and in my work that have aided in a sort of shift in the way I am looking at things. It seems to be more than this actually, as the way that I feel about things and experience, my reality has changed. During this listening experience in this video, I felt the realization that I am already experiencing that which, for sometimes has felt outside of and beyond myself. I have come to understand that all frequencies are happening all at once, and I have glimpse the dial within myself whereby I can tune my consciousness to receive the signal of that which I have glimpsed within my dreams and my wanderings. The major cycle of change that I have been going through is menopause. It has totally consumed me for over 2 years changing me physically, mentally and emotionally. I withdrew from so many things including my spiritual practice. I felt like I was drowning. I started doing the gateway process a year ago. My first time doing the patterning, I patterned a specific job I wanted which turned out awfully. I approached the meditations again about a month ago with a lot more respect and trust. I patterned a life of fulfillment, abundance, and giving back to others without an attachment to how I actually get there and I am having a lot fall into my lap at the moment. I really believe this stuff works and my life has been changing pretty drastically because of it. I appreciate this conversation so much and it was super validating and informative
This video caught me at a time where over the past few weeks I have just recently learned that the ego "trying to drive" is the thing that actually slows us down on our way to manifesting our goals, and how being present in the moment requires a certain level of relaxation of the ego's insistence on driving. And I thought I learned how to relax in that way through meditation. Your conversation woke me up to the fact that I'd not been BEING present in the moment, I'd been allowing myself to feel comfortable letting my ego drive because I knew I could do the meditations and return to the relaxed state at any time, thereby letting my ego retain control with the excuse that it now knows how to relinquish control if it has to. It's so funny lol and I'm glad you mentioned how insidious the ego and pendulums and things like that can be. It's truly something. But I thank you both a lot, this has reinvigorated my passion towards being present in the moment and not insisting on a particular outcome.

Needed this. Heavenly Father hear my prayers. As a single mother things are overwhelming on me. I’m constantly struggling to support my children. The devil has sent people to attack me. I get harassed and called names for simply asking for prayers, but prayers are all I need. God gives me strength to keep going. This is actually old information. The CIA has tons of information and it’s been trickling out as it’s declassified. A lot of the information was leaked decades ago but it wasn’t the whole picture of how to properly utilize the techniques. Shout out to all the OGs who have been sharing and pushing these ancient techniques to heal outside the spotlight. They have helped so many heal and elevate despite the suppression of truth. It’s nice to see this information being highlighted on a larger platform.

It’s actually ancient historical methods just fragmented. None of it is complete. And you can’t really know about any of this stuff without actually experiencing it. And the cia information was just hoarded by the us govt for various reasons. But all countries do it. It just usually their own historical info and collections from other places as well. The USA stole people and land and welcomed other cultures so the only truth from this country in the context of the video is that of the native Americans. So there’s that as well. All of us aren’t dumb nor are we shitting on people who speak out. Context is always important when one is growing consciously and spiritually. (those can be 2 different things and in todays society that fact confuses a lot of people)
This discussion made it so much easier for me to accept the notion of being able to manifest a different reality. I struggle with this so much that it even makes me mad at times. I feel like ppl don’t understand what I am going through and they’re over simplifying or belittling my problems. It feels fake or unauthentic to say it’s all good, ya know? I wonder if part of it is wanting to be heard and seen, but feeling alienated and alone when I was in crisis.

A couple of decades ago I got terribly sick, doctors were saying those were my last months of life. I was on the bottom of my life. I knew nothing about meditation or vibratio , yet in a half a year I ended up in a beautiful vibrant world full of excitement and luxury.. It's nothing to do with your vibration people. Andre, I loved your question about letting go and allowing God or the Universe to surprise you! I think it's like when you go to a restaurant and the waiter asks you what you would like to order. You can either respond by picking something on the menu, something specific or ask to have what the Master Chef would recommend. Sometimes you just want what you want and sometimes you want to be pleasantly surprised...like going to surprise birthday party! 🎉

For me, here something clicked. As I have opened myself up and called for those things that will benefit most myself and the people who surround me, my family members, coworkers, friends, things have appeared in my feed and in my work that have aided in a sort of shift in the way I am looking at things.
It seems to be more than this actually, as the way that I feel about things and experience, my reality has changed.
During this listening experience in this video, I felt the realization that I am already experiencing that which, for sometimes has felt outside of and beyond myself.
I have come to understand that all frequencies are happening all at once, and I have glimpse the dial within myself whereby I can tune my consciousness to receive the signal of that which I have glimpsed within my dreams and my wanderings.
My gratitude for the path and the process has been enhanced with this video and the experiences it has brought me.

The major cycle of change that I have been going through is menopause. It has totally consumed me for over 2 years changing me physically, mentally and emotionally. I withdrew from so many things including my spiritual practice. I felt like I was drowning. This video has reminded me that the cycle will end and over the last view months I have started journaling and meditating again. Thank you 😊

I started doing the gateway process a year ago. My first time doing the patterning, I patterned a specific job I wanted which turned out awfully. I approached the meditations again about a month ago with a lot more respect and trust. I patterned a life of fulfillment, abundance, and giving back to others without an attachment to how I actually get there and I am having a lot fall into my lap at the moment. I really believe this stuff works and my life has been changing pretty drastically because of it. I appreciate this conversation so much and it was super validating and informative
What's crazy is I did my meditation yesterday and I immediately saw an image of Aaron in my head 😅 And then this video pops up on my feed today
This video caught me at a time where over the past few weeks I have just recently learned that the ego "trying to drive" is the thing that actually slows us down on our way to manifesting our goals, and how being present in the moment requires a certain level of relaxation of the ego's insistence on driving. And I thought I learned how to relax in that way through meditation. Your conversation woke me up to the fact that I'd not been BEING present in the moment, I'd been allowing myself to feel comfortable letting my ego drive because I knew I could do the meditations and return to the relaxed state at any time, thereby letting my ego retain control with the excuse that it now knows how to relinquish control if it has to. It's so funny lol and I'm glad you mentioned how insidious the ego and pendulums and things like that can be. It's truly something. But I thank you both a lot, this has reinvigorated my passion towards being present in the moment and not insisting on a particular outcome.

Needed this. Heavenly Father hear my prayers. As a single mother things are overwhelming on me. I’m constantly struggling to support my children. The devil has sent people to attack me. I get harassed and called names for simply asking for prayers, but prayers are all I need. God gives me strength to keep going. So while I struggle to provide the daily necessities for my sons so I will keep faith thank you Jesus.💕❤️

This is actually old information. The CIA has tons of information and it’s been trickling out as it’s declassified. A lot of the information was leaked decades ago but it wasn’t the whole picture of how to properly utilize the techniques. Shout out to all the OGs who have been sharing and pushing these ancient techniques to heal outside the spotlight. They have helped so many heal and elevate despite the suppression of truth. It’s nice to see this information being highlighted on a larger platform.

It’s actually ancient historical methods just fragmented. None of it is complete. And you can’t really know about any of this stuff without actually experiencing it. And the cia information was just hoarded by the us govt for various reasons. But all countries do it. It just usually their own historical info and collections from other places as well. The USA stole people and land and welcomed other cultures so the only truth from this country in the context of the video is that of the native Americans. So there’s that as well. All of us aren’t dumb nor are we shitting on people who speak out. Context is always important when one is growing consciously and spiritually. (those can be 2 different things and in todays society that fact confuses a lot of people)

This discussion made it so much easier for me to accept the notion of being able to manifest a different reality. I struggle with this so much that it even makes me mad at times. I feel like ppl don’t understand what I am going through and they’re over simplifying or belittling my problems. It feels fake or unauthentic to say it’s all good, ya know? I wonder if part of it is wanting to be heard and seen, but feeling alienated and alone when I was in crisis.

Andre, I loved your question about letting go and allowing God or the Universe to surprise you! I think it's like when you go to a restaurant and the waiter asks you what you would like to order. You can either respond by picking something on the menu, something specific or ask to have what the Master Chef would recommend. Sometimes you just want what you want and sometimes you want to be pleasantly surprised...like going to surprise birthday party! 🎉
LOVED THIS! 🎉 so many great points you both made. The big takeaway for me was to follow my excitement more often and to stop trying to figure out how things will unfold.
This was such an insightful watch. I relate really strongly to the last part, but as a chronic people pleaser it's really difficult to find the balance between knowing and empathising with the reasons for mistreatment but not letting that be an excuse. When I can see the root of their actions it's harder to put in the boundaries needed to protect my energy. I know there's gotta be balance here somewhere, but it's a very wobbly start!! 😅

It's also free here on youtube for anyone interested. Once you learn brain/heart coherence and implementing that into your life it changes everything.
