Yap i live here in Abu Dhabi. I commend the government. They built green belts on a desert. All those trees and grass are irrigated and fed regularly n keep alive all thru the hot summer. This is some real management right here.

I was there last month and visited all the places you did except for Emirates Palace. Instead I did, the Qasr Al Watan, which is a real palace and located next door to the Emirates Palace and it was out of this world. And Graeme, I did notice that the black kurta / shirt you have on is the one you got from India, right? :) It looks great on you!

Strange, I took many pictures in that mosque and NO ONE asked me to stop taking photos!
Photos ate fine but filming was the issue
