He's referring to Nobel laureate (physics) Richard Feynman, a theoretical physicist famous for his groundbreaking research on quantum electrodynamics and who was a dedicated professor at Caltech for 38yrs, author of multiple books, and instrumental on the Manhattan Project in spite of his youth. Feynman was a charismatic, gregarious man with a wonderful sense of humor who happened to play bongos.

@@kkryder9176 Wish I'd stuck in an emoji to show I'm half kidding. I actually found it funny - not offensive. I admired Feynman, he's in my top 5 physicists, but I know if he'd been watching Quaid repeatedly referring to him as "Bongo man" he'd be reeling, too - with laughter. The man had a wonderful sense of humor, always tried to lighten the mood, and the movie portrayed that instead of bogging us down with details of what he had to offer the Project. Feynman was definitely one of the more personable physicists of that era who didn't take life all that seriously. Jack Quaid would be perfect if there's ever a Feynman bio pic.

Jack is so charming . Really into The Boys. It's really it's own thing and I love that about it. A little bummed that there will only be 5 seasons but it's also a show that I can watch time and time again.

I was inspired to watch Innerspace again, one of my fave childhood films, and it is insane how he is somehow an exact replica of his father and a male replica of his mother at the exact same time 😄

Yeah, but Jack Quaid is actually talented and has charisma. He definitely earned his place in Hollywood. Dakota Johnson couldn't act her way out of a paper bag and absolutely would not have made it without her family's fame.

In non-gig employment you don't typically have people getting hired on their namesake or have a position at a company created just for them.
Nepotism just highlights that those who spend their lives doing theatre, commercials and live standup shows can lose out on their big break because those opportunities are given to people like Will Smith's kids
