George I'm a master Auto tech & some of those 80s Japanese cars are great cars. Better than any American car we built in that era. The grand national is valuable, but the engine is shit. Japanese car can go 500k miles, American car 150k if lucky.

I had the same problem with my knees. But now I can run and do some lunges without the pain. It took a long self therapy, such as very mild walk/run, regular stretches(probably took 2 years, I played it very safe), So basically building some strength back little by little, sometimes knees are hurting because of some imbalance.
Many people got rid of joint pain by changing their diet to eliminate plant foods. Don't always work but it's worth a try.
I'm in Thailand right now on Koh Phi Phi island. It's my 2nd time here, came 7 years ago and a lot has changed. It's seems to be more family friendly now. Seven years ago anything went, it was mostly young people. Although they have weed shops right in the open now. Seven years ago you would buy it in a reggae bar discreetly. I spent a week in Bali before this and I think it's about what Thailand was 7 years ago.

How do they even calculate unemployed level? Does freelancing people count? Or people whos doing crypto or other stuff?.
It's not because he's gonna cut or not cut or the halving, the etf is a portion but it's all sentiment and fear. It's all about the over speculative and emotional moves of consumers. The idea of a 4 year cycle and the fed rate cut makes people over react and it works the same way the other way.
