लोहे के बर्तन मे iron thoda bahut khane mei dissolve ho jata hoga ... vegetarians need iron and a lot of it ... there is research which says that vegetable source iron (as contrasted with animal meat iron which they call hem iron) needs vitamin c source in food to efficiently absorb iron in vegetable source iron ... since not everyone know benefit of having vitamin c in food many vegetarians of india are deficient in iron

Baba ji, rajmah dish very well cooked. Only thing u used too much mustard oil. The chhonk/Masada cooking can be done even without oil as oil doesn't give/add any taste to food. Without oil can be much more healthy. Anyway, thanks for sharing yr cooking skill.

लोहे के बर्तन मे खट्टा पकानेके बाद ज्यादा देर बर्टन मे नाही छोडना चाहिए. उससे reactions होने के कारण खाना हानिकारक होता है
अक्सर हम भुल जाते हैं ये चीज. इस्लिये पुराने जमानेमे ये पाबंदी लगे गई होगी.
