I ate yachae hotteok at that ahjumma's place back in 2015-2016. Glad to see she's still standing strong! And yeah, her yachae hotteok was so good. I have to make it when I returned to Malaysia just to satisfy the craving. The soy sauce was marinated with vinegar sugar apple onion lemon orange capsicum. So good! Thank you for bringing me there again ❤❤❤ walking down memory lane
Namdaemun market was always my favourite market when I lived in Seoul for 12 months in the early 80’s. The bibimbap looked absolutely delicious. Thank you for sharing. From Australia

will be there in june, im wondering if we can share the set portion at namdaemun market? or if there's 2 of us, we must order 2 sets? coz i dont think i can finish the whole set alone. haha
If you are going to kalguksu alley, each set is for one person and they don't want you to share. Seating is limited, so they want to be sure to make money off each seat. Portion size is small for each item, so you should be able to finish, but you'll be full. Have a wonderful time!

今日は朝から出かけて、グリフさんの動画を今やっと見れました😊
本当に美味しそうに食べますね、グリフさん❤
ありがとう!
The bibimbap is missing a sunny-side-up fried egg. 🤤
Not a fancy restaurant, but it was really good. Thanks for watching!
My thoughts, and it must be there even the cheapest place have it. So it has nothing to do with "fancy restaurants" 😅

What time did you go
We went in December earlier in the morning, like around 10 am. We had to make sure to be there before the dumplings ran out...lol.
What time do they open?
