I have downloaded the firmware on your website but still cannot connect the device to my computer. When I plug the device it, it turns on and begins charging but my computer doesn't show the device. What can I do?
By default, the device will play the audio with it's own speaker. To play it with a headphone or a different speaker, make sure you connect the headphone/speaker to the "17. Heaphone Jack" port using a 3.5mm cable. Hope this help
