Doesn't work with that date time format...
Nevermind, I did get it to work but I had to redownload MRECSET. Something must have been off with my first one
Won't play on my tablet. Says it's encoded in a format that is not supported 😵💫
I am using an external mic. The input keeps peaking, Is there a way to reduce the volume so it doesnt peak?
can you manage files easily on it. transfer and put into files and rename? are the files smaller making them easier to manage? can you plug it into phone create folders and name things and sort and organize with your phone? that would help alot. these are CRITICAL aspects that no one ever talks about. i actually wasted alot of money on buying ipad mini6 and instago3, because their file managing is AWEFUL. too large files or they want me to sign into an account on a website that doesn't work. etc.

Why does it only record on the left side when I connect the lavalier?

How do you fast forward and go back???
Previous Song Key/Plus Key: Use this button for increase the volume. A quick press displays the volume level, and you can keep pressing to raise it. To rewind during playback, just press and hold this button. Next Song Button/Minus Button: Use this button to decrease the volume. A quick press shows the volume level, and you can keep pressing to lower it. To fast forward during playback, press and hold this button.
I have downloaded the firmware on your website but still cannot connect the device to my computer. When I plug the device it, it turns on and begins charging but my computer doesn't show the device. What can I do?

why can't I listen to what I record on external speaker.
By default, the device will play the audio with it's own speaker. To play it with a headphone or a different speaker, make sure you connect the headphone/speaker to the "17. Heaphone Jack" port using a 3.5mm cable. Hope this help
How do you get it to connect to your Mac? I’ve connected it and it doesn’t pop up, and I can’t find it in the mac
