Same problem. I have read that it is a .wav file but not exactly the same as Windows Media player won't read it. My Windows computers won't even see it as a D drive??? Help.

Hello, Do you know if the product is really capable of recording at least 10 hours continuously without running out of Storage or Battery?
How is the noise if you are moving around?
So, the battery stays on when it nothing is recorded?

you don't need to format it. Just put it on voice activated and the dates & times will be in order when you play it back

How do you switch to voice activation mode?
Switch it to the left
VA then OFF then ON on little switch.

I think you need to plug it in your computer and delete it from the file browser.

Its not user friendly because it has to connect to a computer to delete a recording, how inconvenient!!!
