Man what a great videos!!! really enjoy it. Keep this line, I really like the analogy that you use about the lenguage that is clicking me. Could be great if you explain wich lick works in each chord I guess there are some rules that we can follow to use the right lick and the right rift in each chord.

He really is awesome I agree! I’m a beginner and have learned a lot from him. But dang! Learning to bend notes is harder then I thought. Ugggh! So frustrating. I think I kind of can finally do it on the hole 1 draw maybe? But any other note forget it. I’ll keep at it I guess! Lol

I've never liked playing the blues scale on guitar or harp as, like you say, the blue note is generally used in passing but you have made this sound reasonable and given me the inspiration to keep at it and now I'm thoroughly enjoying playing it over different backing tracks. Very good video. I've been waiting for it. This series really helps to get a good grip on the Harmonica Blues, at least for players like me that already knew for months the "how to get single notes" guides or the generic blues licks. Having these lessons as a general guide for learning really helps, as what beginners need is a timeline of what to do and practice.

There are no rules, but the general idea is that scales will work in all cases over music in a matching key. Chord tones (-2,-3,-4) will sound more stable over that matching chord, but other notes are fine too. The effectiveness of certain notes is dependent on the context surrounding them.
Hey Jonah, you ask "is there anything you want me to teach " well, myself, I struggle a little bit when listening to the backing track and listening to each bar, I get lost. Is there an easy way to keep time? I can follow the 12BB progression ok, just find it hard to recognize the end and start of each bar.
This is something that just comes with practice. Always be counting in the background. You don’t even need a harmonica to try this, just put a 12 bar blues backing track on and count. You might want to get out a piece of paper and write the 12 bar blues chords down. Then just listen and try to predict when the chords change. What really helps is practice and time.

So you can play any notes of the scale in each of the chords? I thought for the I chord in G you could only play the notes of that chord 2, 3, 4 draw
