  • Buster is a 12-year-old Dachshund who started showing symptoms of IVDD one day and seemed to improve after a visit to his primary care veterinarian. Unfortunately, these symptoms returned and he eventually lost his ability to walk.
His parents brought him to SEVN for further testing. Watch as Buster regains his ability to walk and his tail never stops wagging throughout his journey.

This was a wonderful video. My dog just had this surgery today. I hope we have a similar outcome.

My French bulldog a few days ago started acting weird, and was acting like she couldn’t jump
We took her to the vet they said it was her knee
When we got back she jumped off the couch before I could grab her and she started running while,
We think it made it worse because now she currently isn’t putting any weight on her back legs and can’t seem to use them
She’s in a lot of pain, shaking, panting, and seems like she is involuntarily raising her head up
We can’t get her in to a neurologist until next morning… I hope she can make it through

My little buddy couldn't walk out of nowhere, he is on medication right now...
He's standing now and wagging his tail...
I guess what I'm trying to ask is the vet said it could be a slip disc or a tumor I'm not to happy with that answer.. feels like they are just guessing what exams , x rays or test should I be asking them to do to determine the cause of this...

Every dog is different. The second video was at his recheck appointment 10-14 days after surgery. He regained that ability between surgery and recheck.
