If you are 45 and above You can enter pr pathway through 482 only if you are doctor or getting a salary above $167000 per year. If you applied to 491 that’s great, even if you are over 45 you will get pr after three year under 491

This could be due to lack of experience. Did you get a positive assessment? When did they deem you as skilled? do u have experience after that date? Are you married? If married did you partner contribute points? These things matter in getting an invitation

So, could you please tell me any possible ways for us to the PR pathways in Australia which can apply before completing my wife's studies. Thank you.
People like you usually try to get a 482 visa sponsorship for an engineering profession while on student dependent visa. After two years they apply for pr pathway as per new changes.

Partner - 10 (Skill assessment as “Software Engineer”, English "Competent" )
State - 5 /15
Experience(not counted as I went through ACS RPL path)
Do you think I have a chance for this financial year for190 or 491 or better look into some other migration path ?
On a separate note, I couldn't find any sponsorship jobs for ICT PM/Scrum Master etc roles in job sites 😥
This could be due to lack of experience. Did you get a positive assessment? When did they deem you as skilled? do u have experience after that date? Are you married? If married did you partner contribute points? These things matter in getting an invitation

- And yes, I do have experience after being skilled but not enough to claim points (only 1 + years)

- I last updated my EOI with spouse English and skill assessment on 31st October.
I know it's only been 22 + days after increasing my points on spouse, but just wanted to check with you on your thoughts if I do have a considerable chance with the claimed amount of points.
