I make this just now but wrong.. I need make this way..
Type of wok?
You can use any type of wok. For this recipe we used a non stick wok-pan.
I used too little Butter twice cooking. So everytime it look like omelette and dry before sifting the oil away
Hi sir let say prawn more than 2kg meanz how many eggs we need to use
You can add as many egg yolk as you want. This will give you more egg floss. Perhaps 8-10 egg yolks
Strain the oil AFTER the entire cooking...now I get it 😀👏
Is there a reason why ppl seldom or do not actually peel off the prawn skin for this dish? I love egg floss of this dish but I always end up eating it separately from the prawn as it comes off when I eat the prawn hahaha. So I end up eating the prawn skin too
I believe when the shells are left on while cooking they contribute a depth of flavour. Prawns cooked in their shells have a plumper texture and better presentation. Overall taste better.
I prefer to remove the prawn shells before cooking.
