17:40 that's a Mobitec ICU602 display controller, since the bus is ex-Newport Bus, it means it was fitted by the McKenna Brothers' with their specialised onboard announcement system; it's probably unusal for you as most companies usually use the Hanover system (Hanover Displays), and Go-Coach (presumably Hulleys as well) has standardised on the Aesys system. The Mobitec system is complex because it has more features in the 602/600 controller than the smaller Mobitec ICU402/400 controller, and the Hanover system, the main feature being able to connect to the ticket machine so that the departure time can be displayed on the front of the bus, which is used by Transdev Blazefield.
I am so happy for you mate. You’ve wanted this for a long time great video. From what I understand, Hullys are a small firm in need of drivers and it looks like they have trained you well.
@@rickymclaren7102 Some live quite far, I know that because I know them really well, so have to wake up really early as their sign on can be as early as 6:15
Good luck; I'm aware that Hulley's have been advertising for drivers. Not happy with Hulley's at the moment as they keep cancelling buses:-( There are a lot of places I'd visit in Derbyshire and the Peak District if I could guarantee my buses running... Might see you on my adventures:-)
a bus driving job is not as easy as people think you have to be a driving A TO Z at times when there are diversions keeping to time not as easy as people think great video keep up the great work thanks to Hulleys for letting you film

It was great to meet you in chesterfield! Times have changed since you last saw me, I now drive for trentbarton because the buses at Stagecoach were completely broken. Wishing you all the best at Hulleys!
Great video. I would really like to see more like this and the runs you do as it show cases the peak district and the buses around that area in to/out if the cities and bigger towns. Go pro sounds a great idea.

Not as bad as the Sheffield Connect drivers, who have to get up at 4.30am, Enjoy driving with Hulleys
Do they? For a half 6 sign on?? If they do it's their own choice to......
Hulleys’ first shift starts at 5:20am. So it’s a 4:15am wake up

I like it
Hulleys go though my village the service is so so. I think what puts people off bus driving is stress and aggression from customers.
Hello I made a hulleys repaint for the E200MMC and was wondering if you wanted it.
You drive Buses now? Since when? I wish I could drive a Bus!
Well done, I started bus driving 4 months ago, it's quite a steep learning curve isn't it... Did you get permission from the company to film?
Didn't even know you where a bus driver
