    I have learn from this video that
    1.i should rebuild our non steady foudation life in a sand into a rock ...
    2.I also learn in this video that in life i should let go the wrong thinking that cause by wrong belive from years ago
    3. No need to think on other people think of you, in 10 poeple impression about me is different, live the way of harmony without ccj

    Heres a question for David, how do you know when the inner child is healed? Is wu wei state of mind something you can be in 100% of the time?

    • @WuWeiWisdom
      @WuWeiWisdom  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi Michael - these are great questions! You will know when you have rebalanced the Inner Child when you experience positive green light feelings. Wu Wei describes and state of energetic balance and harmony - it is not fixed and it is always moving and transforming in response to circumstances. There also no absolute or 100% as the Human Centred Mind/Ego craves. Life can knock us off balance but the aim is to return to a wu wei state of internal harmony as quickly as possible. Thank you so much💖! CCJ is a big problem for me🙄🙄

  • @luisszczurek3484
    @luisszczurek3484 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Hey guys! 💕 so if you guys are clearly saying that CCJ is clearly not working, then could you do a tutorial on "How to Self-Refere"? There is no practical instruction out there to become totally emotionally independent and hermetic from others. Is that even possible?
    Also, what about a situation when we have certain values such as respect to other animals or our romantic partners and we feel like we need to be disgusted by other people's toxic behaviours, such as animal abuse or promiscuity, to give an example in relation to the above. Because it sounds almost like we have to become totally hermetic, but don't we need a certain contrast which will internally manifest as some kind of degree of disgust or hatered to strengthen our internal value system?
    And another question, after we succesfully heal from the CCJ, can there possibly be a way to sneak a small amount of the CCJ back into our system without getting overwhelmed by it, with intention of strengthening the ego by experiencing the contrast? Or is this question the inner child trying to take over? And if such is the case, is there a way to create a compromise with the inner child with aim to combine self-sufficiency with the CCJ and therefore create some kind of a mixture of both inner dimensions that actually works?
    What if we get to the point when we gain enough self-respect to not need the CCJ, but part of us wants it with the purpose of building back a strong sense of self? In other words, the question might be, how to brighten our inner purity if we'll cut ourselves from the toxicity of modern society?
    Don't we need some dose of contrast to experience a teenagy inner rebellion that we needed in our formative years to form our sense of self? If we are born blank and the contrast shapes our sense of self, wouldn't we feel empty without engaging in CCJ to a certain degree? Is there a healthy way to consciously participate in the CCJ then? Please explain! Would you guys consider doing perhaps a follow-up video explaining just that?

    Oh man that client did exactly what I do. Judge myself super hard so I know everything that’s wrong with me at all times everything I’m doing that could be misunderstood and the way it might come out and what people’s associations are to a certain word I said so I have to elaborate on what I mean before they can ask or correct me, but that’s about being wrong I fear being wrong. I also have to know all my flaws and almost be self aware just so that if someone else who is more self aware comes along can’t shock me with their opinions of me or worse someone who is not self aware but can still see my weaknesses will use them against me so I’d rather just say I know what my issues are. I know I know I know. And I’m working on it. Lol and I can even make fun of myself about my issues to the point where it then sometimes turns into what feels like self sabotage.

    I have a question, when RLFs come up,iam mostly somewhere engaging with other people etc
    In that moment i cannot just pause and say oh i do the golden thread now haha
    But then in a situation what do you do with this RLFs in the moment
    Ignore them? Try to think positive things? Accept and allow them?
    I mean in a situation with people and you cannot pause and look at it

    • @WuWeiWisdom
      @WuWeiWisdom  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hi @infinity-vv4yj,
      Thank you for your heartfelt message and excellent question! When RLFs (Red Light Feelings) arise in social situations, it's indeed challenging to pause and work through them. In such moments, acknowledging the RLFs internally without judgment can be a good start. Accepting that they are present, without letting them dictate your actions, can help. Later, when you have some private time, you can revisit these feelings using the Golden Thread technique to understand and resolve them more deeply. Remember, it's about progress, not perfection. You're doing great by being aware of these feelings in the first place!
      Kind Regards,
      David

    In other words they are criticizing, judging and comparing because that's what was done to them at a much younger age and now the inner child does it as a form of payback.
    It believes it feels entitled to cause hurt the same way it was hurt? Just an observation.

    since when is the result not the evidence?

    • @WuWeiWisdom
      @WuWeiWisdom  4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hi Ing, great question! We are looking for the supporting evidence of the original 'lie' (I'm not good enough / I can't cope / I'm unlovable)... once the lie is formed in your belief system (typically in childhood) this then negatively influences your self-talk, thoughts, life choices and actions from that point onwards... so any outcomes are then the *result* of believing the lie/s and are NOT the *original evidence* is the causation of the lie. The truth is that the 'lie' is always based on a misunderstanding, and so this is why we need to teach our Inner child the Life Lesson around this misunderstanding in order to reach a resolution. We hope this now makes sense!

    • @jayong1977
      @jayong1977 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It is not reliable evidence when you are viewing the world through the filter of your inner child, then the focus will always be biased that you are at fault.
      To change this, you must follow David's golden thread teachings to show you can learn & grow from these results in a positive way, rather than seeing them as confirmation you are inferior.

    Hi, I’ve been watching your videos and while they have helped me a lot I don’t agree with the judgmental part.
    I believe that there are genuinely despicable people in the world. I believe that there’s a point where your actions and the affects of your actions are outside the realm of understanding and acceptance.
    Not too long ago some guy in Vancouver recorded another man being killed and posted it because he wanted to go viral on the internet. I’m sorry but in no way can I sit there and say “well who am i to judge him, we’re all human and we all make mistakes”. People like him are disgusting filth and deserved to be labeled as such.
    Sorry if i’m coming off as aggressive, this is just something i’m struggling with.
