Great comparison, have to say the SARB looks fantastic but the SARX just takes it up a fair few notches and the dial is beautiful. Congrats on the 1k milestone too.
Thank you! Oh what, that's awesome. Let me know your impressions when you receive it, I think you will be impressed. It is a hard watch to capture in photos/video.
Long Island Watch is starting to release dress watches, one which is similar to the Sarb. I haven't handled one, and it isn't quite the same, but the Vario watches are really cool as well.
I have both as well, your definitely paying the extra for the finishing and the bracelet. You can't really use the choice of titanium as an excuse though, as the blackfaced steel version was the same price. A pristine SARB still holds its own in the looks department next to the baby snowflake though.
I think the SARB is more versatile...can be sporty, casual or dressy, SARX is bigger and more dressier...I prefer the SARB all day long , it has that " do it all " factor....I also love the Snowflake and all GS's in general, If I will ever have one in the future...I would wear it only on Sundays and mostly indoor :)
I’ve had to cancel 10 plus Seiko Sarx models from entering my collection on the basis that Seiko added the word PRESAGE onto the front of the dial. Look at the Sarb, the plain Automatic & Jewels is all you need. Until Seiko stop printing PRESAGE on the watch face, I’ll not be buying more.
Congratulations on the 1k milestone! Love my SARB033, it's probably the one watch that's never leaving my collection.
It is a classic for sure. I don't think we will ever get another watch like that (and at that price) from Seiko again.
If only Seiko made the sarb 40-41mm version, it would be perfect. 38mm is too small.

Thank you very much, it took a long time :)
Congrats on 1K. Just picked up the white dial variant of the Orient Star Open Heart you reviewed last week. Great value!

@@JustWatches1 actually got it in today. I really am impressed with it. Finishing and details are amazing for the price point
@@watchdogpodcast239 I'm looking at the same watch, where did you purchase from? Joma is sold out. Thank you!!!
@@watchdogpodcast239 Yes, I want to try to get my hands on an Orient Star diver at some point, too. I like this brand so far!

SARX055 for sure for me! 6R15 is a great movement
I have had good luck with them! The Sarx is a killer watch for sure :)
Congrats on 1k big dawg!
Thank you very much :)
Much Congrats on reaching your 1k landmark ,here's to the next K ,Cheers🍺
Thank you very much, cheers!
Great comparison! I would automatically pick the Sarb because the Sarx is just too big and they messed up giving it male endlinks.
Yes, I wish it was smaller, 39 or 38mm would have been perfection.
Just discovered your channel. Very nice comparison. Are there any similar styled watch offerings from a microbrand that you would recommend?

Good point on the black dial version, I didn't realize that one was steel!

Yes, the sarb is way more versatile. I find that I only wear the Sarx for fancier occasions as you said.
I'd rather a Sarb033 and Sarb035 for the price of the Sarx.
That's actually a pretty good idea, haha!

Fair enough, it is both quite a lot of text, and also text in different fonts which is annoying I agree.
