This nunor bora is a popular Bangladeshi savoury snack make mostly of rice flour. It is also made using turmeric, ginger and a lot of water. It is a common sylheti snack found in the bazaars to eat. The turmeric and ginger gives it that golden appearance that is so commonly known in the nunor bora. It is made by boiling the rice flour and then rolling it out. Cooks are using more fancy cutters nowadays to cut out the brilliant shapes that we see these days.
