That’s incorrect. Trolleys do not blow the horn at crossings but commuter rail trains are required to do so unless it is a quiet zone. EMU’s are not required to have bells 🔔 but must sound the horn 2 long a short and a long. Even if I am wrong, it’s still in the GCORE rules book which SEPTA and Amtrak both use. It’s rule 14L which requires sounding the horn at the W or W-MX signs 🪧.
