Directive to evict stray Balalo embraced - Implementation of executive to evict to start in 3 weeks

The leader and the community of Acholi have received the presidential directive to evict the Balalo who are grazing in public land and those on the rampage destroying people's crops.
President Museveni was in Amuru district on Friday where he re-issued the executive order number 3 of 2023 which he had earlier six months ago but was put on hold pending a visibility study of the presence of the Balalo herdsmen in Northern Uganda by the presidential advisor on Special Operations Gen. Salim Saleh Akandwanaho.
