Balaalo must go. Banyankole decided a few people should curve out square miles of land. Let them go back and reclaim their land from the few. I don't see them allowing Acolis and karamojongs to move to ankole
I think most of those so called balalos are not seeing the problems they're causing to the locals in acholi, they must leave so that we sort out our problems first, then we shall see our they can come back and live according to our culture norms. We don't wants immigrants who comes to disobey our culture and also abuse our young girls.
How can you invite a thief back in your house and gardens, Nyangkole was hosted for 20 years in Acoli and what was their payment to the Acoli people? There is no turning back. Acoli cattles were looted, goats, chicken, food looted, women raped by nyangkole and tutsi rwandese. Acoli are recovering from war then how can balalos come with their cattles to occupy the lands? They deficated in food pots, water pots, wine, raped parents forcing children to watch, they cut so many trees, blocked drinking water sources etc. Where are Acoli cattles first of all? Acoli should enact a Law which forbids dealings with these ethnic groups who robbed Acoli in the first place.
I think this Panel needs to place themselves in the position of the Acoli people whose family lives were seriously impacted by the War and no reparations made to help them to recover from 20 years of war. Then the same government returns to subjugate and to sreal their God given land in the northern region. Now we know that The war had hidden agendas to rob and take over other people property and land. The northerners should also take some ranches in yhe West of Uganda and roam their cattle
