Hi Rhys Very much enjoy all your video’s. Most Apps legs are around 11/2” long…. You say you like your legs longer……..How long do you tie your Legs. Thanking you….Tight Lines…👍👍👍
Hi Rhys. Love your vídeos, congratulations. Tell me one thing, please. When you say that this is a comp legal fly, are you refering to the FIPS competition rules, article 29.10, that banned moulded or shapped bodies? Best regards from Portugal
Thanks Joe! For the Bank International Competition in the UK, our rules are set upon FIPS but we have the ability to make slight adjustments as long as all 4 nations approve. For example, squirmies are allowed in our competitions despite it being prohibited under FIPS. Similarly, this Apps worm version would be legal in our bank international rules. Hope that helps👍
Hi Rhys when you do your tying videos would it be possible to leave a list and links to the materials you use in the description. Keep up the great content Merry Christmas 🎅
Hi Rhyss, I wouldn’t advise using varnish on the body, as flexifloss is perishable if it’s used. UV Resin is the best way to go, thanks for another great video, merry Christmas and tight lines in the New Year. Jimf
@@billy-xs3yg Hi Billy if you go onto flybox website on page 5 you’ll get “worm flex” it looks a bit mor substantial though not a great deal of colours, hope this helps.Jimf

All to do with the rules stipulated by fips mouche. I.e 1 bead maximum in the case of an apps worm

Hi Jim could you use UV resin then varnish over it
@@billy-xs3yg Hi billy, yes that’s the best way to go, a light coat is all that’s required.
