You kinda contradicted yourself in this theory video about boruto fate and roll as another shadow hokage. Mainly when you said when everything is settled and if boruto is still alive and even if naruto is freed that he would still have to serve time in prison regardless of his contributions because everyone going to view as traitor still. That doesn't make any sense cause you also said that you don't believe naruto and hinata had their memories manipulated because they were on another plain of existence when omnipotence occurred. if that's case then why would he need to serve time in prison at all? Since the whole reason he branded a traitor and went on the run was mainly because he was framed for killing naruto and hinata but if those are two are freed and their memories are still intact then they aren't going to hesitate to protect their son and clear his name to world and make it very clear that boruto had nothing to do with what happen to them and they are very alive which what he told the higher ups during interrogation. It's also clear that during his 3 years on the run he did exactly that which is run from any all confrontation with any ninja from the 5 villages hunting him and when he returned from exile all he did was protect the leaf and its people. Regardless of those facts the main thing is even if people's memories still think he's the outsider traitor and kawaki the real son it won't matter because naruto and hinata will tell the world that boruto is innocent and would never do that to them his parents especially hinata who would do anything for her children wouldn't allow anyone to claim that boruto was never her son and she never gave birth to him or raised him and is simply just the adopted child her husband brought into family and she accepted him into the family only to be betrayed by him and is nothing more then a traitor. Hinata more then naruto would never let boruto suffer like that and when she finds out that her true only son and first child has been all alone for 3 years because world turned on him for believing he killed her and naruto and has had to bare that burden and pain and suffer alone for so long is going to leave her devastated but more so is going to strengthen resolve to protect her son after going through so much alone and still saved everyone. If the village elders or the feudal Lords try to tell them they are mistaken and they aren't thinking clearly and tell them that boruto is going to die for his crimes for what he's done to the both of them I can tell you this much that naruto would not only deny those accusations but also give up being hokage on the spot and both hinata and him would sooner give up their lives and take on the world before allowing that world to throw boruto in prison or he put death for something so terrible that he didn't even do. So again it doesn't make any sense for boruto to have to do any time in a ninja prison for crimes he never committed in the first place especially if naruto and hinata are freed and their memories are intact cause they will defend their son to their last breath.
Also another thing to be aware of is if naruto and hinata are freed with their memories intact and they defend boruto and tell the world he isn't guilty and never did anything he's being accused of then omnipotence won't have any affect on them speaking the truth that he never killed them because when the village was first told that it occurred after omnipotence was activated and switched the lives of kawaki and boruto. So terms of the accusation that he killed him those memories can't be rest however the memories can be affected when it comes to everything prior to kawaki foolishly framing boruto after omnipotence was activated. So old memories will always reset but new memories can always be gained and framing boruto was a new memory so if naruto and hinata show up very much alive and say boruto never killed them it won't affect omnipotence but it will be difficult regardless but those two being alive and defending will virtually guarantee he will never serve a day of prison or be put to death
Boruto will end up dying, I think that will be the catalyst that awakens the Jougan, the pure eye is too coincidentally named not to have a connection to the pure lands, the catch in this is I believe Boruto has a backup plan if he is to pass on, and that is ironically Kama, in Boruto next generations, Kawaki and Boruto had a conversation around bestowing upon someone their own Kama, due to Boruto being in a depressive state due to facing the reality of Momoshiki reviving and him ceasing to be, I think this is foreshadowing , as Boruto knows if he were to die and remain dead, the end of the world is destined, so staying alive isn’t an option, it must happen, and I do believe he and Kashin Koji using Orochimarus hideout, and Boruto befriending Mitsuki against omnipotence, grants him the opportunity of bestowing a Kama seal without having to imbed it into anyone we know from the story right now, but instead an artificial body created for him by orochimaru, with possible Intel taken from Amado
