Lots of people have done videos on this and everyone who gets one is satisfied. It can unlocked to go faster and there's videos on this. In NYS it can be ridden on the right shoulder as a scooter going 15mph if unregistered. It can be registered and people have registered this exact scooter. Some folks do 17 mile commutes with these. There's more powerful versions that can rival motorcycles. It can hit ONYX RCR speeds after being unlocked. It can be modded easily. I don't understand the hate. I mean I do but it's childish imo. If you can please do a demo video of this bike. I just bought one and I firmly believe these are underrated. It's a great beginner option with even more options to increase power. There's a video for that too. I just wish this had more support. Most ebikes or escooters are Chinese imported soooo this is just another one to test out. Only real way to know is to try it. Seems like a great city commuter if used right.
Not an e-bike, e-moped or e-motorcycle. Lack of pedals precludes it from being an ebike (not to mention it's power level is beyond federal and state regs on e-bikes). It would make a nifty commuter motorcycle.
If they're under 3000w in florida they're registered as an e-moped as they also use calipers rotors ect that all fall within dot regs for a moped but you can get them registered as an e motorcycle fairly easily. When I registered mine they put a tamper proof sticker where the battery and controller sit so if I attempted to upgrade the power I could face fines but mine is 60v 8000w that was tuned down to fit e-moped regs and I can easily revert to original tune with my phone
Also even after getting the registration federal laws do not require a license plate or insurance but both are recommended (varies by state), I have full coverage on mine
I own M1P pro since December of 23, I have well over 2500 miles on a odometer, I ride through the streets of Los Angeles, Orange County and on Pacific Coast Highway, constantly get envy looks, thumbs up, smiles, and fist bumps from real bikers, I repeat mine is “M1P PRO” and I bought an extra battery with two battery in my battery compartment on a Pacific Coast Highway I did 53 MPH, (confirmed by GPS) 70 miles of aggressive riding on the 3th gear and 112 miles on the 2th gear smooth city riding, this is an excellent fun toy. According to DMV I cannot register it because first of all don’t have an emission control certificate, (NO JOKE) and not enough power to be considered as a motorcycle, I don’t understand why would anybody want to register this thing.
I just bought this one but the version I have is the M1 not the M1P ...the difference is it uses 60v 20ah with fast charging and have a mono shock ... but I'm loving it, i just replace the stock rear shock to a better one and change the handle bar to look more like a babber bike .... and also bought a travel bag that fits underneath if I'm bringing lots of stuff and also a busket for grocery shopping 🤣 its really an awesome ebike
Especially in Jersey. Even a moped has to have pedals in NJ from my understanding, and a moped has to be registered. So even if you can register this, it's probably going to have a motorcycle plate and motorcycle license to drive.
@@slimdunkin117 in certain ways...yes. As a trucker, Jersey is one of the best states without being hassled... Virginia, Ohio, and Connecticut are the worst, east of Mississippi River, in that regard. Also Jersey will give you a minimum of 15mph leeway for speeding.
California LA, I am riding one since December 2023, well over 2500 miles, I go to work, shopping, and joy rid on Pacific Coast Highway. All I get from police is jealous looks big smiles and thumbs up’s.
Say yeah 12ah 800w mini harley how to disconnect speed limiter trying to make it faster i found a 60 v battery 12 Ah and compatable with the 800w motor
All you people say so much crap,I have one I ride it every were DMV said I do not have to register it I asked hwy patrol No problem there.Knock on wood never been pulled over by city police.I am over 16 .I do live in NC different law`s.Go to Eahora M1p if wanting one $800 off...........Less power than a 50cc gas motor that`s why in a lot of place`s there OK..........
I wouldn't buy one unless they went to a 14 or 16 inch wheel and would want 5k watt to get around town. Needs storage. I think as more people get ebikes in the US the police will start coming down on modded and faster than class 2 bikes. It's just going to take a few incidents to become news.
I don't like this kind of weird bikes, the best bike you had was your Mongoose, you just should build a battery that would fit nicely inside the frame.
*That bike is better than any E bike I ever seen. But for that price I can get a real motorcycle lol It is considered a E bike or a E Moped? Does it require a licenses?*
I speak for all the harley riders out there when I say, that guy who raw dogged your wife and rode off into the sunset as you listened to his pipes...... You gotta let it go, it aint healthy. ANd yeah it looks like a motorcycle, but not a harley. lol
Such wasted space, imagine having a huge battery in that area. Sure you loose the portability but man the range! Or you can make a storage compartment on it.
NOp, DMV wants to see Emission Control Certificate, no joke and according to CHP “stay off the sidewalks, stay off the freeways everything else is legal.”
Can't register it to make it US street legal in my state. Probably not in your state either. I would feel safer if its top end was closer to 50 MPH (afterall, I have local streets with 45 to 55 mph speeds, I really don't want to do Interstate Highways, but with a 40MPH min, and the speed hack on this bike, theoretically you could... less state registration). Also feel safer if it could climb a very steep hill at faster than 12 MPH. Range seems OK for trips around town except if its really a long trip and you want to get home (answer, bring a second battery.. perhaps this is what the open space above the real battery is to address). Range tests I've seen on TH-cam ALWAYS are on relatively flat streets on perfect days. So actual range is probably 25 to 35 miles. So not great really.
Looks great that misalligend plate really ties it together. Just get a proper motorbike this thing looks like a shop mobility scooter and screams son of apathy
Looks cool. Definitely not an e-bike. This would not be possible to register in NYS so wouldn't be street legal and without pedals can't be in the bike lanes so it's a no go for me.
Lots of people have done videos on this and everyone who gets one is satisfied.

love the potential storage space in between the legs on this bike
there is no Vehicle Idendification number , can't register it if you wanted to. I have one ride it all over town and boy do I get the looks
I did buy one. Excellent motorcycle.
Lol, mine will be here Sunday. My dream was this bike, I hate hot motors in the summer so this is perfect!

Couldn’t agree more! TH-camrs should be supporting small companies!
No peddles no bike, its a dumb
Looking scooter. Nice battery, and motor is all i like. I like the vid,and appreciate your info.keep it up!
I didn't like the look at first but it started to grow on me

We need to see the set up and review
I have a say yeah scooter how can i make it go faster? If I got a bigger battery would it make a difference
You'd prob have to register this thing as a motorcycle in most area's.. and would need a license

The juliet ebike is under 2000 n it is 48v 60 mah, goes like around 150 miles
Theres another one out similiar also
A little to pricy for me but it does look interesting and maybe worth investing in.
That's awesome. I'd love to see a full size
I think this would be a bike that one would have to register as I can't see a cop just passing it off as an e-bike.

It’s classified as a scooter under law

Looks cool👍😎👍
I like it \m/
Does it mean if I add a bigger battery that I will get more power from the motor?
It’s above 750w and looks nutty..cops gonna bother you if u don’t have a license
For those who are looking for an electric scooter that was made for men, this is it!
Learning about all the E - Bikes is creating the smarts

I own 1 and did the same thing at mvb in Canada and they told me the same thing
Are they 12” wheels?
Can i buy this m1p scooter from malaysia?

it looks good but small diameter tires and its not an ebike, its a scooter.

*What you don’t like about it? I think it looks pretty damn cool!*
Lol really? A mongoose was the best bike? Those have always been the Walmart version of a dyno or Haro lol
cool bike but why did you put $2??? on the thumbnail when the price is way over 3k??🤨
He said there’s a $700 coupon.. duh

great ebike, but unfortunately i live in the uk and this bike will be illegal on our roads

I've seen this look around, I'm not a massive fan. Good power, but I hate the aesthetics.

Pretty sure you need to license and insure as a motorcycle in CA. No thanks.
And Jersey and NY.
NOp, DMV wants to see Emission Control Certificate, no joke and according to CHP “stay off the sidewalks, stay off the freeways everything else is legal.”
178lbs and only 37mph/h? Nah.
I wish it had pedals. It’s illegal as hell lol
Pedals doesn’t matter it’s over 750 watt motor..
@@slimdunkin117 In my town you wouldn’t get pulled over no matter how big the motor is if you weren’t going over 20

which state? the eahora site says 20 states so far have confirmed it street legal
Yeah these are DOT approved and can be registered and the speed can be unlocked to 55mph
That's for a hotshot. Not the common man.

You could get a Surron for that price and it's better by a lot.
I would buy this BUT in Canadian Money, this is 4 329$ so probably not
It does not cost three grand. It cost two grand.
178 pounds!! It seems terribly overweight.

I don't like any of this, best bike is the one you have converted onto an ebike with a 52v or above battery and 1-2k motor.
