I always found it strange how silent the opening slideshow is for every map. I found myself narrating it out loud because of it felt as though a voice belonged there; something clinical and all too knowing of the fate to come..

The ending with the music made me cry, the original battlefield campaign the runner have the same moment with the titles in the ending. It makes me nostalgic and really hit me and it really emphasize cetus because not only their efforts seemingly futile but their hope is never lost
Battlefield 1 was an amazing game for me. Now that Centaura has been picking up popularity, I feel like the legacy of this once great game is now at rest. Great job on the video Rus. e.
Small plot hole in the lore: When the Cetan soldier talks about their allies and how they all know that its kill or be killed, many countries in Forma had somekind of imperialist ambitions and were usually unwillining to work with each other, which was one of the reasons why Antares won the Centauran war but lost the Forman war against a whole bunch of countries work witheacher to stop Antares and the little allies that Antares had. Centauran Countries south of the Columban mountains rarely interacted with the Centauran countries North of the Columban mountains, making it very unlikely for Cetus to join the Northern Centauran alliance and nobody really knows how close Cetus and Aquila came to forming an alliance, because Cetan-Aquilan relations are currently unknown, except for that Aquila traded with Cetus for its vast amounts of agriculture and Cetus traded with Aquila for its lumber industry.
Even though the lore does not mention a cetan soldier raising a cetan flag it is awesome how you added it to the game as one man gave a small speech and was gunned down and his comrades charged into battle even though suicidal showed absolute bravery and how much that one soldier inspired his comrades Edit: the whitemouth estuary map is kinda like the galipoli landing but not as deadly and also I realized they were marines since the men on the ship are wearing different uniforms Edit2 battlefield intro: despite the heroism, courage, and fierce resistance, cetan moral began lowering and in 1912 Cetus was completely occupied by Antares and Corvus. However west in the inanis ocean remained a few strong cetan islands that were held by the navy. After the first successful attack by the cetan forces, they continued to push forward with the Antares being outnumbered and counter attacked when trying to break through the line. However the cetan ship CIS naidan had begun bombarding the trenches and bunkers the antenna were using but cetan marines were attacking it resulting in small cases of friendly fire. After their attack was successful they would be counter attacked by a battalion of antaren troops and hardly any of the troops survived. Alternate world when Cetus repels all antaren attacks: the cetan marines initially in confident of the attack had done the impossible. After this successful landing, tons of cetan civilians began rising up against their occupiers resulting in the cetan empire rising again but would suffer greatly from this.

Honestly the attack was almost pointless since they lacked manpower and proper training and experience in small arms or any land fighting which was the big mistake Cetus made since ships can’t go on land but they showed absolute bravery but most likely lacked any professional leadership as their officers were not trained for land warfare and I wonder what happened to the rest of the cetan sailors on other ships/fleets but fortunately Orion would liberate Cetus after the Forman war comes to an end

"The First To Fall" I must say, I think one of the best things about your video is the sound design. I notice the imported voicelines of what is meant to be the officer speaking move from one ear to another depending where the actual in-game officer is relative to your character.
Technically after the events of Dead Ahead Cetus did most likely regain their independence since Antares collapsed. I don’t know how right I am correct me if I’m wrong.
I'm pretty sure that after the southern corvan war Cetus lost land and a friendly (puppet) government was installed. Maybe they also got their grand fleet repossessed by anteres, I'm not sure if it's confirmed but it's the most common outcome I have seen.
Free Cetus would somehow managed to make it to Orion Republic, a rival nation of the Anatares imperium. They would vow one day or a generation later, they would retake their homeland. 1959, Free Cetus members would partake in the second landings at Whitemouth estuary. Liberation day has arrived. I don't really think he will make one since there are not many Cetan resistance lores after 1911, however it may be possible to do one with Columba (1943-1946?)

The fact that Cetus decided to fight for they're homeland even when they knew they were bound to be crushed by the Antarean forces! truly a heoric act of honor, bravery and loyalty to one's nation, Even though its just a roblox game still its kinda nice, truly one of the best nations in the continent of Centaura, though dedicating most of they're resources to they're naval power proved to be beneficial in the final fight they would have not even been in this situation if it weren't for them neglecting their land forces still a stunning battle!

Here’s my head cannon: war begins in 1906. Blacktop begins in 1908. In 1912 Anatarean joins the war(same year as this battle). Cetus wins in 1913 but the royals were quickly overthrown by communists. And after the events of dead ahead, Cetus falls. The end.

Then I went to see the captains body as we were taking back the town and saw some papers and took them but left his family photos in his pocket. Then I found the antaren soldier that killed the captain and I took out a short sword and stabbed him tons of times before leaving the sword in his throat but then the sailors were getting killed by an armored car and I saw my friend Lucas who then pulled out two large hand grenades and then shouted “LONG LIVE CETUS” and ran towards the armored car before some how pulling the pins with his bare teeth and jumped in the car which exploded other cetan sailors began doing the same thing to infantry as many ran low on bullets or just used their short sword and many of their last words were “LONG LIVE CETUS” and I was shocked at the scene as men threw themselves into danger only to be annihilated but their anger and desire for revenge did not break but then an antaren soldier shot my right arm and was the quickly killed by a cetan sailor with a short sword and I quickly ripped off some cloth from a house I found and bandaged the wound I then took shelter to awaits my fate and pulled two hand grenades we captured from Antares. Then I heard antaren soldiers trying to break in the room I was hiding in. With my last bit of strength, courage, bravery, and love I took out a picture of my family said one last goodbye and cried out LONG LIVE CETUS” - first lieutenant David age: 23-29 years old ,status: unknown thought to have been killed by an antaren bullet but is unclear if he survived ,daughter’s age: 7
David had fought for Cetus since 1890 and by the end of the war his family fled to Aquila but eventually fled the continent after more wars continued to happen and took refuge in Orion but it is unclear weather David was killed as only his dog tags and other personal information survived and only but some say he lived and fled with the last remaining cetan sailors fleeing to other continents or countries until his body was found under a pile of rubble but a antaren officer liked his bravery so much he himself had saluted him as he saw him as he fought bravely in the house he hid in but the mystery remains unknown but a sailor named John saw through binoculars that David had a Molotov cocktail with tons of ammunition crates in the house and he threw the Molotov at the antaren troops trying to capture him but with his last bit of strength he set off two hand grenades and said the famous cetan battle cry before going downstairs and John saw through a broken window in the house that David was beating a antaren soldier before the grenade blew up and the house along with other buildings blew up but David was ordered the best medal a cetan sailor and soldier could receive and was buried by antaren troops in mons planus and high ranking antaren officials then saluted his dead body before they finally buried him near tons of other honored cetan hero’s and veterans who served in the southern Corvus war

Honestly the attack was almost pointless since they lacked manpower and proper training and experience in small arms or any land fighting which was the big mistake Cetus made since ships can’t go on land but they showed absolute bravery but most likely lacked any professional leadership as their officers were not trained for land warfare and I wonder what happened to the rest of the cetan sailors on other ships/fleets but fortunately Orion would liberate Cetus after the Forman war comes to an end

After the victory of Exercitus Maris at Whitemouth Estuary, tha Antares Imperium had postpone the Aqulian Campaign, and take back the territory that Exurcitus Maris have taken
We can only think what would happen if Antares Army would won the battle, maybe the Aqulian Campaign would start much earlier, and maybe Cetus resistance would be much more weeker
Still, Exercitus Maris shown one of the most brave yet bold move for evey Centauran nation
Even if you nation will be defeted, you must fight until the end and show the enemy, what kind of people did this nation created

I'm pretty sure that after the southern corvan war Cetus lost land and a friendly (puppet) government was installed. Maybe they also got their grand fleet repossessed by anteres, I'm not sure if it's confirmed but it's the most common outcome I have seen.
