The Aquila forces are defending against the third assault from Antares to take the Ring of Fire, a large defensive line of artillery, bunkers, forts, and trenches. Aquila forces are suffering major losses, and the enemy has come far more prepared this time around.
Amidst the battle, a lone Aquila medic hopelessly tries to save whoever he can.

Medics are often rare and hard to come by, not because of how niche of a role they serve in a game, but of how few were assigned or conscripted. There is enough manpower to fuel armies upon armies in Centaura, after all. More soldiers to serve their country, after all. More blood on men's hands, after all.
There's also the fact that
Medics look the same to most classes, particularly grenadier
Why is medic so hard to find
when it gives you (almost) infinite 2nd chances at sniping

@MatthewHeraghty it's somewhat underrated, in some circumstances, it offers a tactical advantage of confusion amongst the enemy, since you can still run after charge if you hit an enemy and keep on continuously charging in a closed space

@@dessirangelova2676 It’s meant to feel like the first stage of Roland’s Prarie, where all the Aquilan forces rush into the open field to attack the assaulting force before they reach the trenches.

I just discovered Centaura today and played as medic, only healed even in medic role, you have a gun, and people from the server thanked and respected me a lot. Centaura has become one of my top recommended roblox game already.
They didn't win or lose the war, they just survived it…

Random fact: If flamethrowers were accurate, shooting the tank fuel would've either ricocheted the tank or simply went through and drained some fuel.

@@jojo9222 No, it would take time for all the fuel to drain, and he would have to tell other soldiers that fuel is leaking from his tank.

No, whay actually happens is either it quickly leaks, or if the fuel is in gas form, it just becomes a makeshift jetpack for a few seconds before running out, and no it doesn't explode in both scenarios.

That’s the beauty of medic in Centura. You play medic expecting to be able to save everyone, but instead you only decide who survives a few minutes longer.
It's an insanely good animation. The way how you managed to make it look this, both smooth and stunning is amazing!

This is beautiful, you should do one about the Aquilans ambushing the Antarean forces as they make way toward Talona, and end it with a explosion going off, and the character of main focus laying down on the road, he stands up, and sees an enemy tank right in front of him.
Unfortunately I already have a few projects lined up, none of which are Centaura related.

Sometimes I wonder if Centaura had been made a steam game instead of on Roblox. Yeah I do think the community might have not been the same, but the opportunity for game art design and mechanics etc. has been missed. Superb animation though mate

@@jonernuts Verdun-type game would be more likely, since you can't control any vehicles and your average lifespan while charging towards the enemy is like, 2 seconds.
